Kind hearted service that is sincere and professional. I would give 10 stars if I could.
We got our new family member!! Sweet 11-yr-old girlie, Little, who loves to play and give kisses and who enjoys the company of her new sister, our other 11-yr-old, Lola, that we adopted 18 mos ago.The adoption process is easy to do online. The facility is easy to find. Staff are friendly and helpful and easy to contact.I would recommend you check her to see if your furry family member is waiting for you.
Best place ever we adopted Fabian the other day. They took the time to let us socialize with Fabian to see if he was a good fit
Just returned from an volunteer orientation which coincided with the introduction of 43 new dogs from Mexico. As part of the welcoming team, we each got to meet and greet one of the new arrivals. The animals are surprisingly healthy and sociable, although there were a few injured and traumatized that would require some special care. The amazing team of vets and volunteers are making a difference for dogs from California and beyond. Need a doggy fix? Try a volunteer training and youll be fixed for good!
Me and my family spend like an hour there and I highly recommend Compassion to get adopted pet with them. We just got our new dog 🐕 today, and were so happy 😊😊 for that. Thanks again guys.
Kind compassionate people bless you
Compassion without borders its a convenient place to go if can you if you are into cannabis they have a quite a variety selection of everything enjoy
Great cause worthy of everyones support
Even though the Vet was not there. Jordan called me back. Then went above an beyond. I wasnt able to have the other place I had to go to in an emergency email her. She still let the SPCA know what was going on & I now am able to get the rest of the help needed. I couldnt be more thankful.
We got our puppy from here. The people are wonderful and they take good care of the animals.
A wonderful place to adopt a dog. They definitely love the dogs and want them to go to great homes. My family already had a dog, so we were concerned about bringing a new dog into the household. CWOB set up a great meeting so we could introduce the dogs in a safe and controlled environment. As you can see in the photo, it worked out for us so well we got two dogs! Theyre the sweetest girls in the world, although they do take some work (as any pet does).
We dropped off some bowls, leashes, collars and your today. We are probably going to volunteer but if not we will continue to donated to them. The place is clean and i think they are doing wonderful work. Everyone should give a little something to these hard working people.
This place is amazing. They really do care deeply about the animals. The adoption process went smoothly and I’m now a happy owner of a sweet chihuahua.
This place is AWESOME! They do all sorts of amazing things for dogs in both the U.S. and Mexico. If you want to stop by and check it out or make a donation to this awesome organization, call ahead and see when you can come. If you are driving there, it is at the very end of Butler Ave., and there is a store at the top of the street.
A more dedicated group of people you could not hope to meet!! Dogs and other critters rescued from starvation/neglect, put into foster care and when stabilized available for adoption. Low cost/free vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter clinics monthly in the Southwest quadrant of Santa Rosa, a historically underserved community. I cannot say enough good things about this organization, the staff and volunteers. If you are low/no income and have a pet or would like to, these good people could be your new best friend. I think they are wonderful!
These folks are dedicated to the animals. They truly are angels from heaven, from the vets to the people who help make it all work. Thank you to all from the bottom of my soul!
What they do here is amazing. We just adopted the sweetest pup from them. Skip the breeders and adopt.
Outstanding rescue organization, I adopted on December 21st her name was Vicki a mexmutt. From the check in process to the final adoption the staff of CWB very helpful in making the perfect match. I have rescued all my dogs over the past 22 years and CWB has the best program for rescue avaliable. I encourage you to suppot them. Thank you and all the staff for all you do!!!
Hands down the best dog rescue and humane education group. Incredible, compassionate people.
Drove from San Francisco to adopt a dog. On the site it said it was open from 9 am to 615pm today. We arrive and some rude lady told us it wasn’t open to the public which makes absolutely no sense. When I told her that on the site it said it was open today she said that’s not true. I showed her the site she said that’s not her site but the address and the phone number was theirs. If the dogs are treated as bad that lady treats someone who wants to adopt a dog, they would do better off staying where they came from. Don’t remember her name but she was the over weight lady with glasses. We drove an hour and go from being excited to adopt dog to pissed off for letting that woman ruin our afternoon. Being a veteran myself and having ptsd I was told this was the place to get a companion dog. They were wrong. Compassion without borders showed no compassion whatsoever.
Absolutely love this rescue. They helped us adopt Beba, who is the perfect addition to our family. Every person we talked to and came into contact with was filled with love and compassion, this is a wonderful rescue.
They do great work here saving lives.
What a great place. More heart and soul felt here than any other rescue outfit I have ever been to. I am a Volunteer for a specific breed. I believe that I am going to be a newbie at CWOB s.
We adopted our Dolly from here. Amazing organization
Absolutely humane staff are doing everything possible to get dogs in sure need into safe, loving homes. They also provide Veterinary service for low-income segments of the community.
Absolutely inspiring!! You rock, Christy and Amy!! Thank you for all you do for these precious doggie souls!!
Good people doing good things
The owners and volunteers of CWOB are knowledgeable, caring and amazing. Dr. Christi takes such good medical care of these rescues and Lynn, the adoption coordinator is so wonderful! Everyone gave 110% in helping with our adoption even when it looked like my current dog might not take to the new adoptee. They allowed us to bring him to visit 3 times and spent numerous hours making for a successful adoption! The staff and volunteers put in so much time, effort and love to see that these dogs, who once had no chance at a good life, are healthy, happy and then adopted into wonderful forever homes! If you are looking for a new canine family member, this should be your first stop! Thanks CWOB...you are all rock stars in my book!!
We just adopted our sweet boy from them and we are incredibly happy! Thank you!
Nothing but good things to say about these people. They truly love the animals there and it shows.
