We called a day ahead for a 5am pickup. It didn’t sound like it was going to be a problem until he asked where we were going. Once we said we needed a ride to the SR park and ride he said he didn’t have anyone that early. I suspect because this would only be a 12 min drive he wasn’t interested. But why say you provide 24/7 transportation when you clearly don’t? No wonder Taxi services are losing business to companies like Uber. Their selectivity and lack of availability make it more difficult than it needs to be.

They have made it easier for one to find affordable Taxi in Santa Rosa at any time. I highly recommend it to all.

Their chauffeurs are not only experienced and qualified but well-groomed and impeccably punctual as well.
