Ive been coming to BNS for years for all my dental needs. The staff are AMAZING! Considerate, careful, transparent, professional. Im always nervous about working with a new hygienist but Lindsey was awesome! Dr. Israel is also tops and tolerates my reluctance, bad humor and general dentist office crabbiness with grace.

Best dentist in LA. Very professional and will not do work unless it’s necessary. I had a root canal in the morning and an hour later Dr. Israel had my new crown in. His state of the art equipment made the new crown right in his office so I did not have to go through the usual week to two weeks wait time.I’m also a pain weinie, he will provide Nitrous Oxide and it really makes the whole process easy. I have referred several people to him and they all had the same experience. His office is following strict CDC standards and I felt very safe. I highly recommend him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I’ve never been to a dentist who doesn’t make me wait in the lobby for over 30+ min. I usually have to plan my dentist appointments for 3hours in order to be on time to wherever I’m going next. But WOW!!!! I’ve been here 3 times in the past month and couldn’t have had any easier, quicker and kinder service. I don’t have a single bad thing to say. Experience with Dr. Israel and his assistant Vicky is without question the best in quality and customer service. I always receive compassion and understanding through all procedures. I am explained everything beforehand and during procedures which puts me, the customer, at ease. On the first visit, they gave me a comprehensive list of the work that needed to be done on my teeth and worked with me on a plan that suited my hectic schedule. I appreciate that they check with my insurance and provide me with my out-of-pocket expenses prior to each visit. Before visiting Best Natural Smile, I was always apprehensive about my dental visits. But the team at Best Natural Smile are so gentle and caring. They always made me feel calm and relaxed. On my last visit just a few days ago Dr. Israel had to replace a couple of fillings. I have been seeing Dr. Israel for over 10 years. The office staff is always on the ball. I get my teeth cleaned twice a year and the hygenist is nice and does a great job. And most importantly, Dr. Israel has always been there for me. Might be a filling or might be an emergency crown where they needed to fit me in last minute. He is great and explains things and I have a lot of confidence in him.

Great team, very professional . My colleagues have been coming here for many years and now I am happy to be a patient . They took care of a lot for me ! It took about a years worth of work, there was always something to do every few months but now I’m on track .

I write this as the sensation returns to my face. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now, major dental work, check ups, the works. I have never had to use a pain killer, never experienced discomfort enough to even down an Advil. All the dentists are amazing, I tell everyone any chance I get. The staff is about as nice, friendly and accomodating as anyone could ever possibly imagine. An old fashioned vibe with the best customer service and state of the art treatment. And for those who are crazy busy I have never waited even when I was early or late for an appointment (I’m sure there are exceptions, but not in my experience). I can’t sing their praises enough. My family and I have been coming to BestNaturalSmile for at least 10 years now. I can wholeheartedly say that we are lucky to have such a great dentist like Dr Israel. I trust him 100percent with his work. I definitely feel like we are in good hands from the moment we open the door. Trust me when I say his hands are golden!! The whole staff are always welcoming. They have impressive state-of-the-art equipment to scan your teeth, and precisely make molds. Not to mention a machine that can make a crown in a matter of minutes. Ive had a great experience with Best Natural Smile and I cant recommend them enough to anyone looking for a top quality dentist in the Santa Monica area. I first went to Best Natural Smile to see if they could help fix my very crooked/over-crowded teeth as well as to fix an implant that was 10 years old and falling apart. They were able to overcome some very challenging issues related to the removal of my old implant and then installed a new implant which looks incredible. They also guided me through the Invisalign process and now my teeth look absolutely perfect. The fact that I was able to have all of this done at 7am (when they open) meant that I didnt have to take time away from work to have this done. Thanks again to Dr. Israel and his staff!

Dr. Broumandi and her staff manage your time efficiently, provide a great atmosphere not to mention the view of the Santa Monica mountains, and use the best equipment. I needed a crown replaced and because of the investment he made in the latest equipment, my teeth were scanned and the crown was created and put in place all in a single visit. No molds, no temporary crowns, no 5-10 day wait for a second visit. Awesome!

I also have TMJ so the care he provides with simple things like a tooth clench, is so very helpful.He suggested that I get a shot to make sure my mouth didnt stay numb for too long and I wish I would have listened LOL.
