Terrible customer service! I have had many gel manicures and pedicures there. Every time David says their gel manicures are guaranteed to last 10 - 14 days. If they do not come back and they will fix no charge. After 2 days my gel manicure started to chip and peel. I called and made an appointment and explained the problem. The same manicurist did my nails. Again I explained the problem and she could clearly see that 9 out of 10 of my nails were chipped and peeling. When my nails were done she insisted on charging me again for the manicure when I questioned it she argued that she did a good job. I was not going to argue in front of the other patrons so I paid full price for another manicure ! I left feeling cheated! All she said come back and talk to David ! I will never go back and recommend to everyone not to waste your money. Total rip off.

Tan is the best nail tech in town. Caring, punctual and kind. Plenty of parking too.

Awful. Never visiting again. The price on the posted sign reads 22 dlrs. For pedicure. After I sat down I asked manicurist how much is pedicure and she quoted me 30 dlrs. . I pointed out the price on the sign and her attitude changed . Did a slopy job. Polished my toes but that was about it. There are too many of these places all over to put up with this.NEVER going back.

I have been going to the nail salon for years. Started going when LYNN opened at this location!The last 3 times I have been cut on manicures and pedicures but the salon is convenient and I am loyal. So I went in for a pedicure at 10 am and was told to come back in an hour! I came back at 11 am and was told that girl was on freeway and to come back later! No apologies.This has done it for me . Forget about convenience! No respect for customers. Found a great salon on Main Street.

Close to my apt and you can always find a parking spot. Ask for Cathy or Jerry - they are the best for pedicures that Ive found. Reasonable rates and relaxing atmosphere.

This has been my go to nail salon for at least 10 years. Kim does my fill and gel polish and shapes them perfectly. Not too thick and not too thin. They don’t easily break like other places I’ve tried in a pinch. Everyone does a great pedicure there and Cathy does a shoulder massage like you wouldn’t believe. I only wish they had more gel color options but that’s just because I have tried pretty much all the colors over the years. Also my nails last 4 weeks at least with the gel and I get gel on my toes too as wearing heels will end up breaking down regular polish. Highly recommend this salon and they have ample parking (with a security guard circulating) which is rare in Santa Monica. There are only two nail techs who do acrylics there, so call in advance to ensure a slot. Mani/pedi is easily walk in accessible though.

They were rude, got a cut on my fingers as they were doing my acrylics. Got an appointment took me 5 mins on the phone the person on the line was awfully rude. Acrylics weren’t all the same size so messed up

I just love this place everyone is so nice and professional and the place is very clean

First time I went they did my nails really good. The second time not as good. The third time they did them so bad, really thick and uneven. I told them if they could fix it the man who did them Tan said $15 and the man who was at the register said $20 like if I wasn’t standing in the middle and couldn’t hear them 🤦🏼‍♀️Then one of them said when it’s gel it is thicker mind you that the other times I had my nails done gel as well.They’ve been doing nails for years and still can’t get it right and to top it off want you to pay for their mistake.These kind of places need to be held accountable when they do bad job.

If you like your nails clean and healthy dont get anywhere near this place. You will get fungus. They dont sanitize their tools, they will make you bleed (guaranteed) and youll end up having to treat your nails medically. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. The staff is rude, and as if all this is not enough - the quality of their work is the worst. Gel manicure started to peel off after two days, and was completely gone by a week. They will shame you if your tip is not enough for them - people, tip is for being nice!! No more words needed. Worst mani / padi experience I have ever had.

I love the staff but the manicures never last long and my cuticles always ended being cut wrong.

They deserve the credit for good service. And when its busy they try their best to accomodate. Good restaurants get busy and people will wait 1hr+ but they complain when nail salon gets busy. HahaI disagree with the negative comments, theyre amazing.Love their service. Affordable prices! You get a basic price, then if you want additional service when you sit down they ask and tell you how much more. Thats not scamming. Its business. You accept you enjoy you pay. Same as going to restaurant when you choose your own basic sandwich then each added sides is additonal.Friendly staffs, you just need to get to know them and appreciate them. :)

Went with my friend today while she got her nails done, the women who work here are TOTAL LIARs, they quote one price then try to scam her at end with all kinds of extra fees that were never discussed !I also heard from another Review that they are deceitful and try to cheat their customers, total scammers all the women who work here

I had an appointment at 5:30 didn’t take me till 6 which I understand they were behind and but what hurt me more and was very painful I had one acrylic nail on my pinkies and instead of using Acetone to takeoff the acrylic nails they decided to rip it off with another acrylic nail and took half of my real nail off. I did tell her it was hurting she just continued taking it off and said sorry. Yes I still paid full price for the work they did but they didn’t care they hurt me.
