We were here just one night before flying out of LAX, needed a place with free parking for a rental car. We had a great stay here, right from the start with free valet parking and friendly front door staff. Inside was quiet and well decorated. Our room was clean, also well decorated, and the beds were comfortable. Service staff out at the pool were excellent and the pool was a great spot to relax and unwind after our long week of travel. We got a couple small plates that wee tasty too. Our toddler loved swimming in the pool, they have nice seating out there. Later in the evening the pool side got a little busier. We were able to walk to Santa Monica Pier in probably 15 mins or so. Pricing for the hotel seemed average for the area when I booked, maybe a little on the higher side but all in all I felt like it was good value after staying there, and would stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly, and always asked if I needed anything. The room was very clean, well put together, and the bed was very very very comfortable. The entire hotel smelled nice and the hotel is in a location where it is a very easy walk to the beach and many other stores as well such as fast food places convenient stores, and the like. I cannot express how much I enjoyed my stay here. This has been the greatest hotel I have ever stayed at! Definitely will be staying here on my next visit to Santa Monica.

This hotel is wonderful!!! The SERVICE is excellent and the staff is amazing. Excellent location. Minutes away from the Promenade, close to Malibu and right next to the Interstate 10 and PCH. The rooms are nice and I had a nice view of the ocean but it was just a few blocks away so you are not right on the ocean. The balcony is very large with lounge chairs to layout if you want. Literally every experience I had with the staff was FANTASTIC. They honestly gave the best service I have had as I was there for 8 days and ran into minor issues and all resolved quickly!!!! You will not be disappointed.Nice lobby area as well! And you get bikes to rent in case you want to bike down to Santa Monica Beach.The hotel food was decent. I didnt eat there much because I would prefer to have an experience at the local restaurants instead.

Frances needs a raise. She was beautifully attentive and told us many things about the area. Made our check in super easy after long day driving. Seriously she was awesome. Very nice hotel, probably the best place I personally have stayed in for awhile. Very walkable area, elevators work by using your room key which I especially prefer as a safety and cleanliness issue. Will be staying here again in future.

I really wanted to give a higher rating but I practice keeping it real. The staff was excellent and the best customer service I have experience in years. Parking is included in the cost for the room which is a great savings. Please note that finding any type of parking is an adventure or costly to the pockets. The location is away from the noisy Santa Monica boardwalk traffic. Please note that you will need to walk about four blocks to be in the mix of things. The problem is that the rooms have extremely thin walls and ceilings. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms all hours of day/night. I could hear personal phone calls, coughing, phones ringing, footsteps on carpet and people using the bathroom. Overhead, the sounds of every step as if the ceiling would collapse at any moment. In short, my hotel room was not a place for rest and peace. Attempts at Sleeping required ear plugs or compete exhaustion. Extremely disappointing but want to thank the staff for all attempts in trying to make things right.

For a 4-start hotel, very disappointing.Rooms are just ok, not impressed; Ive seen airbnbs with better. Pool is not that big.The lights cannot be turned on/off with a button, you need to turn a tiny switch near the bulb, which is annoying.There is a hidden 33$ per day fee that they add on top of the rooms, which I find unethical.Breakfast not included in price.The walls are also pretty thin, I could hear neighbors talking.

The staff is this places saving grace, they all had really polite and pleasing attitudes. Other than that though, I feel like this place wasn’t worth the money at all. Between Priceline getting me for an extra 40 dollars and the hotel charging you an amenity fee for basic things like microwave or pot to heat water up it seems like this is a place for the upper class to use as a bragging right. I’ve stayed in Holiday inns that were more accommodating*considering Holiday inns keep microwaves and such in your room from the start”. First the room had a great view of the alley and building behind its wall. The fact the kitchen closes at 10 isn’t a big deal, but then you have to ask for a plug in kettle because it’s not provided in the room, so to make your own food is kind of annoying. Then I wanted to treat me and my girlfriend to at least one meal in bed so I called to order room service for breakfast, but apparently they don’t do that. Paid 50 dollars for a continental breakfast “a croissant and a fruit bowl” and eggs Benedict breakfast, That I had to go get from the bar. Also confused as to why they couldn’t do room service when I saw a server walking past me down the stairs with food in his hand. He literally had to walk past my room to do so, so I’m wondering why they don’t offer room service ”especially because we had such a basic room on the mezzanine level”. Guessing there kitchen is in an awkward spot so they have to. If that’s the case the least they could’ve dropped off our to make the room less mediocre and somewhat give us a worth while stay. Literally for the 500 dollars a night we spent I would’ve expected to be treated like rich folk. All in all save your money and just drive to Santa Monica if your middle class, especially if you’re working class like me.

Part of the Marriott chain and it meets the standards I expect of a Marriott. Service was amazing, lots of amenities (I only wish there was a hot tub). Would definitely return.

“Not worth what you pay .”They say the parking is complimentary, but after driving 8 hrs as soon as we got their the valet was practically pushing us out of our car. The front desk personal was very nice. The hotel room was very dirty had crumbs on the floor, mini fridge didn’t work and there was blood stains on the balcony . Overall stay was not pleasant at all.

I will surely recommend this hotel! Their staff who assisted me was very polite, excellent, and accommodating. I was not mistaken about choosing this hotel for my stay here. The whole experience was very unforgettable. I will surely bring my friends and family here at your hotel again and again! Thank you very much for your kindness, guys!

Their rooms were awesome and great! The pool is beautiful, and the kids love it! Compared to other hotels we stayed in the past, this hotel stands out! Their gym is functional and completes. The service is excellent and the staff was fantastic. The kids were sad to go. We will definitely be back and stay for much longer.

We spent four days here for work and had no issues. They do a great job at providing a quiet, comfortable place. We loved the restaurant as well. The bartender and staff were super friendly and the food was great. We will definitely not hesitate to stay here again next month. The Champaign at check in was a nice touch as well.

This is definitely a beautiful and local spot to stay at. They staff are friendly and accommodating. Valet Parking is complimentary. So is the champagne, amenities and recreation area. I mean, for that price it is absolutely worth it! ☺️They are about a 10 minute walk to the Santa Monica pier 🎡 and about 12 minute walk to the strip for the mall and stores.All around the view is gorgeous!Stop by if you can and call ahead for room requests 👍🏼

The good:Very clean! Great location to the beach. Easy to grab local transit. Great a/c! Amazing customer service!! After I got to my room they called to make sure it was all ok. The most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.The less than good: Old carpet in the room smelled weird. All the lampshades and a couple pictures were askew when I went inside (just seems like an easy detail to attend to). No coffee in the room?? For what I paid (almost $800 for two nights) you’d think they could put a Keurig in the room. Also no cups in the room, but housekeeping got me some quickly. Good coffee can be found downstairs but it was $6. Too steep but that’s how it goes. I’d stay again!

I decided to spent my birthday here at this hotel. The experience I had with this hotel and the hotel staff is very amazing and fantastic. The rooms are big, spacious, and well-maintained. This is an unforgettable moment. The facilities and amenities are very commendable. I would highly recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay. Super accommodating staff! We were upgraded to a room with a balcony! Parking I believe was included. There is an additional resort fee. We used bikes one day to bike to Venice which was super fun. Great service great location! I would stay here again!

What great service clean rooms In a beautiful atmosphere

I sent a crew to Santa Monica for work this past weekend. I called ahead to the Meridian to confirm they could bring my card I used to book the rooms. I also checked to make sure they would have adjoining rooms and lastly to make sure there was room to park a trailer. I was on hold for quiet a while with customer service and they confirmed all three things. Upon arrival, the rooms were not adjoining, there was no available parking for the trailer and there were additional fees not stated ahead of time that required my crew to use there personal cards to cover. I dont recommend this hotel for business trips. They did report the rooms were nice quality. Maybe for a vacation it would be appropriate spot to stay.

We really like our stay here! As we came inside, we knew the differences between the rooms and the great additional features which looked like so expensive. This is a luxury hotel and you would be amazed by the great assistance of the staff. You would never be disappointed of the service! I liked to stay here for long if only I could be!

Very trendy spot. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. That was a total downer for me. Heat your pool up!!! The shower was Luke warm…… not cool at all. The loud party people next door ……booooooo

Our stay was from August 20th through the 25th. We came in on a late flight from NYC and didn’t get to our room until about 1:30am. Unfortunately upon arrival our bathroom shower was filthy. What we thought was just was rust come to find out was left over sewage from the shower overflowing. We called down to the front desk and the receptionist on staff apologized, but didn’t have another room to match what we had paid for. She said maintenance wouldn’t be in until the morning, but we will comp this evening due to you not being able to use your shower. The next morning maintenance came and we waited about 4 hours for the issue to be fixed. We thought the issue was fixed seeing the rest of the day we did not have any issues. The next morning however it happened again and it started to flood our bathroom. Come to find out this issue was with the room next door and their sewage was coming up through our shower and making our toilet clogged. Upon speaking to the hotel manager on duty Josh, he offered to move our rooms and to comp another night which we thought was fair seeing what we had been through. The rest of the stay was pleasant and we were glad to no longer be dealing with any other issues…After getting home we realized only one night was comped and and not two. We have been going back and forth with the hotel and Marriott customer service and are being told nothing can be done, and that it was handled. Which is was not. As a Gold Elite member this has been seriously frustrating and we will never stay at this hotel again. What makes it sad is that the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, and the staff was friendly. It could benefit from an upgrade, but other than that it would have made for a great place to stay when visiting Santa Monica again.

Brenda simpson and this hotel with billing is terrible. I’ve called numerous times regarding my 200$ deposit that I payed for when I got there and they told me I’d get back. Its been over a month and no call back and I have not received anything. Watch out for the fees. They probably do this all the time and get away with it. We left our room in good condition for us to get it back. I payed almost 370$ extra when I left this hotel. Not worth the stay. Very expensive for the quality of rooms.

This was a nice hotel with the exception that there wasnt coffee anywhere to be had early in the AM. Darius at the front desk was super friendly . If you arent going to put coffee makers in the rooms at least make it available in the lobby.

Nice hotel with a beautiful rooms. I just didn’t like cause my boyfriend made the reservation on his name put his credit in that would be my birthday present, but when I got there I was surprised by them changing almost $800 for two nights from my debit card 😿 I thought I would of just pay for the deposit. I told the check in guy that he had paid with his credit card already, he said in the end we will change from his credit card that didn’t happened.👎🏻

The staff at this hotel has mostly been there since before the pandemic. They weathered the months of closure. Now they are back, working super hard. Some of the previous services are limited but am hoping things will get back to normal- Ie maid service, food delivery. But all in all it is a great hotel I will continue to stay at when I am in Santa Monica.

Comfortable and contemporary accomodations in great location with friendly crew. We enjoyed the pool and food very much.

There was a razor blade in the driveway of this hotel posing a hazard to pedestrians and automobiles. Employees/valets refused to do anything about it after being informed. Rude.

We were only staying 1 night so got there right on check in time 2 hours later we finally got into our room . When you only have 1 day in the area taking 2 hours out of it makes a big difference but counter staff didnt seem to care

Nothing 4 star about this hotel. No room service. Basic room with basic amenities. Dumb resort fee. No Google chrome or similar app to screen share phone/iPad to tv. If you need towels or toiletries you have to go downstairs to get it. No microwave. Very basic stay at a very basic hotel.Front desk staff was nice.

I never write reviews but this hotel was so bad I had to. Not worth the money. This is a old, cheap and poorly maintained hotel. 1st room had no sheets, no remote, broken A/c unit, missing lightbulbs in lamps and the mirror was falling off the wall. Add to that the chipping paint mold smell and no ventilation in bathrooms it’s easy to see why the hotel is in poor condition. We were moved to a “better” room. This 2nd room smelled like mold, had paint chipping and falling into the shower. No sheets again just a comforter with old makeup stains on it. But at least this room had a/c. Parking was hilariously terrible. They block in every car so u have to wait a while no matter what to get your car unblocked. Or they I’ll simply park your car in the entrance so people can’t get in and out of the hotel. Overall one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Would rather sleep with one of the homeless guys all around the hotel. At least I would feel like I didn’t waste my money.

The staff were amazing! Especially Clara! It was my daughter’s 12th Birthday and I had booked a trip for us to go celebrate. It started off bumpy. We We’re stuck at the airport for two hours waiting to board our flight and then another hour on the runway waiting to takeoff on our flight landed our rental car had already been given away because we were past the window time so we were stuck stranded at the airport after having such bad luck at the beginning of the trip I canceled our original reservations at another hotelAnd decided to try this one. when we arrived we were greeted by valet today that were kind enough not only to park her car for free but to bring all of our luggage up I was given the choice between champagne and roses and after explaining to clear the bumpy start my trip she was so kind to bring my daughter up at Krum Brulé dessert that said happy birthday on it with a beautiful card it just made my daughter feel so special and made our trip amazing! The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful the view from our room was amazing and we had the best time I would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you so much to Clara and the valets that seem to work nonstop I really appreciate everything y’all did for me during our stay!!! 🙏🥰🏝

Great hotel that gives you champagne when you check in. They need a hot tub though.

Positive: Staff was friendly, there was a fridge and spacious room. It was a healthy walk from the beach, but a good deal considering the room price. Also the free parking was the best! Negative: My room was a little dirty (hairs in the tub and sink -there goes my hopes of a relaxing bath- and crumbs on the carpet) and it was easy to hear my neighbors. Also the resort fee was high, considering Covid restrictions on amenities.

There was weed seaping into our room the entire weekend. It literally burned our nostrils. No one offered to move us either!The tv wouldnt work.I paid for an ocean view and I see no ocean...The bed sheets are super dry/rough.I wouldnt come back.

This hotel was tremendous! Their awesome staff was a big help to me. I got a nice room and delicious food to eat. Their rate was very transparent and suitable for my budgets. From the moment we enter the Hotel we were impressed. The Lobby was clean and well appointed. It was our interaction with Frances, her generous accommodations to our requests and her warm, personal, gracious, hospitality that started our wonderful stay. In our reservation note we had mentioned this was our first visit and we were celebrating a birthday. Frances greeted us with choices to all our requests. We had been upgraded from a queen size bed to a king. We were also given the choice of another room higher up, with a shower stall: but only two twin beds. We choose the initial room with another generous consideration on Francess behalf. Due to covid19 restrictions we were told that housekeeping was not available for stays of less than four days. Understandable. And then Frances offered to book a visit from housekeeping halfway thru our three night stay. Wow. Accommodations after accommodations. And then we were offered two glasses of sparkling rose to welcome us.The bellman helped with our luggage to the room. The room was perfect. Spacious, well appointed, and immaculate. Perfect size closet, generous amount of hangers, and a luggage rack. Not seen as often these days. The bathroom, also immaculate, great selections of towels and a huge vanity. The shelf underneath was a fantastic touch. The King size been was very comfortable. Firm, and gentle at the same time. Comfortable sheets and oversized pillows. Ample drawers for clothes. The enclosed safe, and refrigerator, both nice touches. My favorite was the additional electrical plugs built into the extra large tables used on both sides of the bed. And in fact we did have a view of the ocean, and a small deck large enough for two chairs. Each employee we interacted with was gracious, friendly, and accommodating. From the gentleman maintaining the pool area, to the extremely friendly Latina valet who was directing traffic to the parking garage the last two days of our stay. We also had a concern with the air-conditioning, and a gentleman from engineering was at our door to fix the issue in less than five minutes. The pool was so enjoyable. Just the right size. The patio was perfect. Chairs, umbrellas, lounge chairs and the mini cabanas. Towels available, and a coinvent bathroom located near by. We enjoyed our daily glass of complementary sparkling rose. We also had nightly contact with Frances. Recommendations for restaurants to dine at and places to shop. No question was unanswered. All suggestions were spot on. Our interactions with Frances were always sincere and it was appreciated that our names were always remembered. We were truly sad to leave. Our stay, directed by the consummate professional Frances was memorable. We would in fact stay with you again in the future. And highly recommend The Le Meridien Delfina Hotel Santa Monica.

The amenities they provided were incredible. Aside from the view and setting, another highlight of this hotel is the warmth and friendliness of its staff and employees.

What a nice place to stay! The lobby was nice and clean. The breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items and I really admire that. all of the staves were also very helpful and professional. Had a lovely stay at Le Meridien. Very nice and fancy, better than expected actually.Parking spots are a bit tight, but at least there’s no additional fee which is nice. Staff is friendly and available and charge you an additional 35$ fee which however includes a cup of sparkling wine per night and the hotel also has free bike rentals.The hotel is 18 min walk from 3rd street promenade and the 15 min from the Santa Monica pier. Optimal location to visit the beach as well.Room was nice, clean and quiet. The pool was open and allowed up to 15 people in the pool

Nothing worked in this place. Had to move rooms cause tv didnt work, dead bird on patio, ice machine didnt work. For the money your better off staying right on the beach.

Super high prices compared to every other review Ive seen for the little accommodations that they had.The room was great and the view was really beautiful, but I ended up paying close to $700 for 2 nights. After reading some reviews, it seems the pricing was vastly different.I definitely felt like they should have discounted the rooms because there were no services other than the pool.I would like to see this place when its fully running because it was a bit of a let down during this time.

Elevators through the lobby were a bit hard to find, but other than that, this is a great hotel. Right next to some great food places and surf shops. Practically next to the beach. 5/5

Nice place to stay

We checked out early after finding our room to be infested with what I can only assume we’re bedbugs. We were given a refund on the remaining days of our intended stay but I asked for assistance with the cleaning bill for our luggage and clothing due to the fact that the infestation this hotel has crept into our personal effects. I’ll post an update once I hear back from Marriott corporate. The staff was unbelievably rude to the point that I had to walk outside and calm myself twice. The “manager “ was no better. This hotel is definitely in my top five worst experiences ever. I also overheard the desk staff talking about a guest whom they felt their religious beliefs determined the tip they left and that’s as far as I’m comfortable relaying. I seriously do not even want to repeat what this guy said. Anyway I would stay in a teepee fashioned out of dumpster material before staying here, or any Marriott affiliate for that matter, again

I want to thank you for doing your best to accommodate us on Saturday, February 15th, after notifying us of the unfortunate room change last minute. As mentioned, the Ocean View Suite w/ Whirlpool wasnt available and, having worked in the hospitality industry, I understand it isnt easy informing guests of last minute inconveniences. The room we were moved into was very nice and we did overall enjoy our stay. With that said, this room didnt have a view other than that of an apartment buildings wall, which was one of the few reasons once again we chose Le Meridien as our ideal destination - having stayed in the Ocean Suite w/ whirlpool in early August of last year we wanted the view. We brought this to Catherines attention at the front desk and she kindly told us that the hotel was all booked up and that there couldnt be any changes made. Great, all we could do was try, no biggie... However, before making our way to the room, she went on to tell us that next time, when we book a room we should request a room with a VIEW. It took everything in me not to say anything, as it was already a long day and my girlfriend and I just wanted to enjoy what was left of our Valentines day weekend. But to tell me that I should request a room with a VIEW when originally booking an OCEAN VIEW room that was now unavailable to us felt like a complete slap in the face and hasnt sat right with me since. I am not one to write these lengthy notes but when we stay at Le Meridien, we make sure we book the ocean view as we like to enjoy beautiful Santa Monica from the comfort of our suite that we both spent our time and money booking. I hope that a comment such as the one Catherine made will be avoided with future guests. Again, thank you for taking care of us as I know these last minute changes happen - such is life. The Front Office Manager has a job to do and (with all things considered) does it very well. A little discretion from Catherine would have gone a long way and would have been the difference in us returning, rather than losing our business. The last time we stayed there, a gentlemen by the name of Sam went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and really did set the bar high. Because of this, we are unlikely to stay at Le Meridien Delfina again but do greatly appreciate rest of staff doing their best to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

No coffee anywhere in the hotel because of Covid-19. Guests parking has no elevator access. They reserved the good parking for the employees (close by the elevator). Also not a fan of the $30/day amenities fee. Otherwise, good looking hotel.

Location was nice, hotel staff also polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable other ways but walls must be paper thin. I could hear person next door opening his suitcase and was listening some ladys entire phone call. Luckily they were quiet at night time so wasnt big problem.

I’m very disappointed with this hotel. I booked my room 3 weeks ago to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband. We booked a suite with the jacuzzi in the balcony we paid a very high rate. 1 day before my reservation I get an email, not even a call, by the director asking to get in contact with the hotel. I called the hotel and they told me the suite I booked and already paid for is no longer available due to an emergency. I understand emergencies happen but the options the director Bruno Santos provided were not held as satisfactory standards. I felt the hotel did not make an effort to accommodate this inconvenience. Unfortunately our plans have been canceled due to this unexpected circumstance.

Slightly frustrated here. Hotel looks fairly empty. Gold member with Marriott. Let them know about our anniversary and that I traveled across the country to come here. Was given a pretty old and smelly “ocean view” room.I’ve been to Marriott properties worldwide and this one def falls short, but would have loved if they’d make us feel special with a nicer room and maybe chocolates. Ugh. So disappointed. I really had high hopes for this one.

Very nicely appointed hotel in the style of a boutique hotel. the location is great only 4 blocks to the beach. Reasonably priced and added perks of no valet fees, free bike rentals, complimentary glasses of wine. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, the rooms with balconies with ocean view are great. Definitely returning to this hotel as we looked at others while visiting, much more expensive. The pool area is nice and get the sun most of the day and seating area around the pool is large enough for everyone to enjoy.

Nice clean rooms. We had a spectacular view of ocean and mountains (north side). Very friendly and accommodating staff. A game room where you can play pool, darts and shuffle board. Cute bar. Small workout room. Walking distance to beach and Santa Monica pier. Cruiser bikes to take (they come with a lock).The only downsides; pool was closed for renovations and the shower was not on par with the rest of the room.

Positive: Staff was friendly. Bed was also very comfortable Negative: Location suboptimal. Also, many homeless around hotel. Parking situation was very confusing. Also, AC did not work well. Had to ask engineering to fix while there

Coastal tour of California brought my family to this hotel. Welcomed with complementary bubbly made us very happy as it was a long trip across the country to get here. Location was great and balcony view really had a view. Room comfortable for a family of four. Amenities were outstanding free bicycles for the family saved us a couple hundred dollars in rentals. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the staff at this hotel during our stay. Upon arrival we were treated with champagne which was nice after hours of driving with three kids. Our Room was decorated nicely but the carpeting was old and did not seem clean, bathroom also, and the air conditioning did not work well. The walls seem thin during our stay we could hear our neighbors clearly. On the Positive side the kids enjoyed the Recreation area and we enjoyed the complementary bikes.

I checked out of the hotel on October 31st and upon my departure, I spoke to the front desk and explained that I would be checking back in on Monday and was arriving early and requested an early check-in so that I could shower and prepare for my afternoon meeting. He made a note and told me it wouldnt be a problem. I arrived on Monday, November 4th and was informed that my room wasnt ready. I explained that I had spoken to someone on Thursday and was told that a room would be ready when I arrived. I explained that I would take any room as long as I could get a shower etc. He went and spoke to the manager and said that they had a room on the 2nd floor. I said that was fine. Upon getting to my room I realized that it was basically on the ground floor with a neighboring propertys pool which made me feel uncomfortable and didnt feel safe. I went back to the front desk, this was around noon and explained that I didnt feel comfortable with a ground floor room, again he went back to speak to his manager and said that was the only option and that if something came available they would contact me. Of course, I never heard from him or the manager. This is very disappointing that you wouldnt address my concerns for my safety and consequently, I wont be considering your property for future stays. Also: on a side note, I was on the app and it asked my how my stay was going and I clicked on the unhappy face and explained the situation and I never heard from anyone. Dont ask for feedback if youre not going to take action on the feedback.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Le Meridien Delfina. It’s really conveniently located only a short walking distance from Santa Monica pier, shopping district and beaches. Complimentary shuttle takes you around to local attractions, bikes are available free of charge, vale parking is complimentary. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Being greeted by a glass of champagne always sets a good start to a holiday! Lobby bar is really nice as well as breakfast room. Rooms are stylish and well kept, very spacious as well.

Very nice staff at the desk but the hotel is a little bit tired and needs updating. we just checked in for a weeklong stay in two rooms and we were told that we were upgraded to the deluxe suite room. The room is tired and needs a lot of updating/maintenance. The bed is comfortable but it feels a little bit run down and that is disappointing

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. It’s a beautiful hotel and our room was huge and lovely. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very large. Unfortunately for us our room faced the busy road in front of the hotel which didn’t allow us a good nights sleep because of the noise. But everything else was perfect. It’s walking distance to the beach and the Santa Monica Pier and the hotel also offered a shuttle to the area if required. We used once. Staff is wonderful. I would recommend but ask to stay on the other side of the hotel.

Love this place. Second stay here. (but I think it was a hyatt last time?) Very cool, stylish decor, Great location. FREE PARKING (that was the deal breaker b/c we drove in from Palm Springs) Super nice rooms. Great pool and pool area. Super nice and friendly staff. Free coffee in lobby in a.m. Will come again!
