Great experience! Kevin is very friendly and professional. My top 1 audiologist recommendation in LA!
Kevin at Sharp is one of the few I could find that took my insurance so it was more out of necessity than choice that I first went to him. But since my first visit where I bought hearing aids and each since for checkups, he has been outstanding. He has answered all my questions and remembers things about me to ask me too. He is friendly and helpful and I highly recommend this business.
Not enough good things can be said about Kevin. Every time I walk into Sharp Hearing, I am greeted with a smile, not only by him but his staff as well. I have had a few emergencies in the past regarding hearing aids, and Sharp Hearing has always been so quick and responsive to make sure that I have the best care possible. The main reason that I come here and not anywhere else is that I am treated like family here, and Kevin is not happy until I am happy. Cannot recommend this office to my friends and family.
My father-in-law will be 90 years old this month. Kevin was recommended to Kevin by his neighbor who was also a happy patient of Kevins. Kevin Sharim has been a miracle worker in several ways: 1. the devices he recommended 2. his expertise; 3. he is not happy until the patient is happy (to quote another review I saw); 4. most importantly he is very good at communicating with my father-in-law and making him comfortable with the process. My wife (his daughter) and I went to every appointment with him which was which is hard due to distance and work schedule, but it allowed us to ask our questions and understand how the hearing aids work. This really helped when there were issues at home and other places where my father-in-law would become frustrated with hearing. Its been 3 months and we are over the learning and adjustment curve. The best part of all that we, the family, grandkids, and my father-in-law can communicate with each other. Before the hearing aids it was so difficult for him to hear /understand conversation that he was effectively isolated from the world (and in denial about that!). For someone at his age, with his degree of hearing loss, it takes time and patience get used to hearing things again and it is a learning process on using the devices themselves. To clarify, it was clear on day one that the communication with hearing aids was wonderful and at the same time it was clear that there is going to be a learning curve and some frustration getting used to the hearing aids and getting them adjusted so they fit comfortably and were fine tuned to optimum levels. Recommend Kevin highly.
