Place used to be great, I had never had a bad experience there. Yesterday I got my eyebrows done and the lady who did my eyebrows was very rough with my skin. Fast forward 24 hrs my eyebrows are still red and it hurts to touch them. There was also some small scabs. I had never had that happened before.

I’ve been going to Brow Mantra for 6 years now and they are consistently great. I’ve been to different places out of necessity here and there and they have never done as well as Brow Mantra in my opinion. I definitely trust the technicians there!

Idk one of the Indian girls who works here, whatever her name is, does a sloppy job. She charged me $15 just for threading, which I’ve never heard of. She’s a cheap no good employee.

Excellent place!She did an excellent job. Then, accidentally the employee charged me $11 too much on my CC and after calling and leaving a message, I received a prompt call back from the manager who made sure it was put back in my bank account within 3 business days. She followed through and I have appreciated her business savvy when mistakes by her employee were made. Honest and responsible. I really appreciate it!

Don’t send your customers to a voicemail that says “we’re open all day today until 5pm” if you’re not even open at 4:30. This is the second time this has happened.

I was a walk in. Came in on presidents day. Place was empty. I asked annie to please clean my eyebrows. Didnt need shaping, she did just that. Loved my eyebrows. Very nice lady. $11 for eyebrows. I will definitely come back.

Great amazing service. Walked in off the street. Towards the end was given a nice massage. Loved the whole experience.

I had an appointment for Saturday morning before taking a long trip. Called twice to make sure that it was confirmed. When I got there, my appointment had simply disappeared from the agenda and the person who would take care of me was not there. Really disrespectful and disregardful.

What a horrible experience. Do not get your eye brows done by a woman called Sheri ( not sure if this is the right spelling of her name). She is not only rude, unprofessional, but does a horrible job... I will never use this business again.
