Moving into Haven I did not know what to expect. I soon realized that not only does haven provide a safe, and accepting environment. Everyone I live with has become a built in community, and overall a family. I’ve lived at haven for 6 months, including over the holiday time, and it’s safe to say I’ve made friendships that will last a life time. There are so many memories I will cherish forever!!Not to mention how beautiful and clean our houses are. With a workspace, gym, and a rooftop jacuzzi, there’s not much more to ask for.Living at haven is truly a unique and valuable experience I would recommend to any one looking for a community!
I have been living at haven for 8 months now, and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. The community here is so loving and welcoming. I love the amenities that haven provides to us, like the classes taught by members or the friends that you get to meet while living here. Haven does a great job of making sure everything is safe and clean.Thank you haven I’m excited for the future.
Haven has been one of my favorite spaces and in fact my first co-living community. The ambiance is definitely upscale from hot tubs to jacuzzi rooftops, yoga and fitness rooms, workstations and atrium fireplaces and an overall amazing vibe with a wide array of people from all walks of earth.Haven has definitely been a congregator of amazing spirits, soul brothers and sisters and so much gratitude goes to this space and community. A few minutes beach ride to enjoy the most mesmerizing sunsets and enjoy dolphin watching. From events, workshops to beach volleyball - this space is the place to be if you want to immerse yourself in an elevate space of forward thinking entrepreneurs, healers and yogis. One Love, Isa
I love living at Haven! I’ve lived here for over a year now and it’s been exactly what I imagined it would be + more. I moved to LA not knowing many people and I wanted to live somewhere where I would never be lonely. Haven was the place! I live with lots of roommates in a gorgeous space that’s only 15 minutes to the beach! We play beach volleyball, board games, and cook together. We go on walks, workout together and lay on our gorgeous rooftops together. I get to teach a monthly ballet class here in our yoga studio. I would highly recommend living here if you enjoy being social and want to experience something new!
A very cool place to live. Collaborative, good for the price, beautiful location (I am at the Penmar address). Always something to do or people to work with. The neighborhood is great and very walkable. The only issue is that the area has a homeless problem with a lot of folks living on the sidewalk near the property (though everyone has been generally harmless). Id recommend moving to this spot if you want to meet a lot of people quickly after moving to Los Angeles, you are looking for creative folks to collaborate on projects with, or youre tired of staring at the walls of your studio apartment during quarantine and want to be somewhere more fulfilling.
I moved in a month ago and have loved it so much that I just extended my stay to 9 months! Moving to LA can be very intimidating when you dont know anyone here so I was really looking for a community more than anything... And I found it! The space and amenities are all great but what really makes this place so amazing is the PEOPLE! I felt so welcomed the very first day I walked in and now feel like family a month later. If you are looking for a community of great people then this is the place to be 100%!
I love living here! I felt at home very quickly to moving here and I have made so many new friends that feel like family. It’s a clean and beautiful space with a lot to offer! There are a ton of classes and events that we do as a community like fitness, yoga, meditation, dance, breathwork, silent disco parties, and so much more!Especially moving to a new city where I knew no one, I have made so many friends which has made my move so much easier.
Haven changed my life. Its a super-charged co-living experience. Its health and wellness comes from the energy of living amongst so many people in a uniquely designed space. I found a new niche for myself in my business, developed new relationships, kept in better physical shape while working on my mental health. Anyone who has the opportunity to experiencing residing in Haven, is a lucky person. Learning what it is like to live in community are lessons to be shared with the rest of the world. I cant say enough good things. Thank you!

Moving here has been one of the most rewarding experiences, I’ve made wonderful friends and formed beautiful memories both from the community factor that is very present at Haven and through the space that’s offered to members that call this coliving home.
One of the more luxurious coliving spaces.I truly appreciated the meditation/yoga room, the gym and the coworking space. It allowed me to develop my visions and stay productive as well as grow spiritually.
I‘ve lived at haven for the past year and couldn’t speak more highly of it. I moved here from Australia and made an instant community, which turned into family. The people I’ve met have have helped me expand my mind in ways I never imagined, each person leaves a unique mark and teaches you something new (reiki, breath work, sound baths...this is just to name a few). My many housemates have given me a community with a sense of safety, stability and so so so much fun. An experience that can only really be lived to know the full unique and specialness of it.
So stoked I randomly decided to move here. Instant amigos aka network aka never bored. The gym was sweet and I utilized the study/work place a lot. It never seemed too crowded and there was always a space to go if you need quiet time. The Venice location is bitchin
The best experience I have had in my adult life. The transformations taking place on a daily basis are a testament to not only Havens powerful capacity as a home but also a community. I recommend Haven to anyone looking for a beautiful, warm and loving space.
I lived here for a few months. Haven could be great if it’s management was more serious about running a customer centered business and attending to the needs of its tenants. Broken items stay broken, issues of cleanliness continue to be discussed but without real action or solution, maintnence items go unattended, and so on. Overall, Haven feels very much like an experimental fly-by-night operation. Management is hardly ever present or heard from and “rules” change without any official notice. Community managers who live amongst tenants continue to take feedback without taking much action. Many great ideas and solutions are advertised but most of them fall through.Overall this place was too loud, too messy, and too chaotic to live a peaceful existence. If and when management gets serious about developing a peaceful community where people can live and feel comfortable, this place may have a chance. Figure out storage, tenant management, professionalism, and maintenance instead of focusing on opening additional locations. You may be making some quick money now but will fail when competitors address these important issues.
I got to California without a place to stay nor job, when I found Haven 3 months ago I was in disbelief of how amazing is living in this place. I’m glad I’m here now.
I discovered Haven in 2019 after making the decision to move to California and begin a nomadic journey away from my “hometown” of New York City. This was the best decision of my life! Coliving at Haven started out as a social experiment for me. I wanted to meet as many human beings as possible and learn about their unique walks of life, one by one. I did just that, and in the process gained new knowledge about myself. In my time here, I made life long friends who feel more like “soul family.” I’m grateful to have experienced the special event services Haven hosts sporadically including sound bath healing, breathework, Reiki, acroyoga, vegan dinner parties, and personal growth and development workshops for remote professionals. I’m looking forward to returning to Haven in the near future for the rooftop views, open courtyard features, and people.
Amazing. I wish I would have known about Haven earlier.
When I first decided to move to LA I did a virtual tour with Haven but decided that living with that many people and not having my own personal space was 100% not for me. Upon arriving in LA and the realisation of how hard and lonely it was living alone I decided to head down and check it out in person two weeks later and realised what a massive mistake I had made. As soon as I walked in I could feel the energy of the space and saw how close everyone was. Fortunately they had a space two weeks later and I moved down. Haven, without sounding dramatic, was hands down the highlight of my entire stay in America and my heart aches when I think of how much I miss all my amazing roomies! Like everything in life it is what you make it. Living with so many people seemed challenging at times but the pros always outweighed the cons and it oddly never felt like you were surrounded by many people. Most people work and have day to day lives so it really is just like living in a massive fun community. The place is stunning and I seriously miss casually strolling out to the yoga studio, gym or my fav, thr rooftops! Id highly recommend giving this place a shot! I cant wait to be back over very soon!!
