I was looking for office space for rent in Santa Monica and I found them! What an easy organization to work with. My company was looking fora a branch office in Santa Monica and they help me access the options and find a very nice space.

Our company is called Cinema Cartel and we launch in July and get to tell the world that Rene Russo is our Excutive Producer on our content. We have Netflix deals in the works, five film projects, but because we are a very low key and mobile unit we love what you are doing. But your ‘manager’ at this location has sealed the deal that we wont pursue a larger relationship. She is not only rude to clients she feels are maybe not at the level she thinks she is, im only guessing, but she is rude to the other people who work for you. She interupts a conversation because what she has to say is more important. Like literally while I was talking to your employee she walked right up and just piped right in and shut down my question. My jaw dropped. Someone else on our team simply asked where you got your cards printed. She sitting not even at the desk made a comment about vendors. Our person thought she was actually helping answer the question. Our person said, oh cool thank you. She says, ‘ im talking to her about something else not you’. Wow... if this was my company she would be on the street looking for a new job right now. No friendly energy or vibe at all. You know how a business fails_ Make your clients feel something negative and possibly lousy about themselves. Because that no one ever forgets. I watched the face of our person as the smile was wiped off it. I wont stand for anyone disrespecting someone I respect with discourteous and entitled pompousness. She actually has the vibe that she is better than everyone else. Its not the first time this happened. Yesterday she created an energy of negative drama with another employee who i heard quit. Not cool when youre trying to pursue high level goals and positive energy is a imperative because negative energy attracts itself to it. I could actually go on. But i got things to do And im in here early because of deadlines we have to meet. I dont spend my time caring enough about someone elses business to write this kind of essay on whatever. So ya. Im so unimpressed that the two offices my guys. are renting under different names, and the goals of our new company are moving elsewhere effective immediately. Im already out the door.

Everyone at this place is literally so genuine and wants to help people. I reached out to other companies I found online and none of them compare to what MPW does. They help you figure out what exactly it is that you need without making you feel like theyre trying to make a sale. Theyre not a call center or a huge marketing company. They actually took the time to explain things to me, gave me different options and alternatives, and booked tours so that I can actually see office spaces myself until I found the one. They also give you the option to communicate via text which Im all about. A million thank yous to My Perfect Workplace!

Love this open concept. Its a great space for artist and the overall atmosphere is super chill.
