This company changed my life in the worst way! Back in 2005, this company financed a home loan based on stated income. They never checked the grant deed for the home so research is not apart of the plan....

We had the worst experience with Santa Monica Escrow. Kelly Hile was very unprofessional and did not serve her role as an objective party in the purchase of our house. In several instances she yelled at us over the phone and even hung up on us in one instance. She seemed quite irritated that we had questions regarding our Alta policy because we were worried about mechanic liens being placed on the property. Fast forward one year and we are now dealing with a lien placed on our property so are concern was justified. We were so upset that we decided to call SM escrow to talk to the owner and the owner seemed aloof and not willing to help. I later found out the owner is Kellys mother and it all made sense.I strongly recommend not using this escrow company.

I was talked to soooo badly by the lady who answered the phone. She hung up on me twice and spoke and raised her voice to me and said some very rude remarks to me. I am a agent. Makes me wonder how she talks to clients and how does she still have a job. Worst treatment I ever received in my 16 years of real estate. Sounds like she does not like her job and needs to do something else.
