She was very responsive and on the ball with every detail. I really appreciated how she didn’t try to upsell me on things that I didn’t need like other mortuaries that I had experience with. I never thought I’d review a mortuary…but after hiring Farrington for my moms cremation arrangements, I have to say this is completely not what you expect from a mortuary. Lindsay was so accommodating, kind and had such a lightness about her. Each time she came over, she brought such positive energy with her & left us feeling supported. She made the difficult process as smooth as possible. It was a relief to know our mom was in such good hands.
