I had a great experience with this place! I just recently moved to the area and needed a good cleaner, tailor etc. near home. The first project was small but important. I needed snaps for a shirt and a dress. The snaps were affixed perfectly and my clothes fit amazing. They even had my items ready one day early. I’ll definitely be using them as my go to for all dry cleaning and alterations.

I brought in a skirt for hemming and another skirt for repairs, I only needed one skirt for Monday and the tailor was so awesome he fixed both skirts in 30 minutes. My new dry cleaners!Thank you Door to Door!

A very easy and pleasant experience with Door to Door when I took clothes there for alterations. They followed up with a call about pricing, and then sent a message once the work was done. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and will be returning to do business again.The staff was friendly and polite.

Service was great and clothes came out liking just like I wanted including some complicated dress alterations with very thin fabric.

The woman who does alterations did an amazing job shortening a wedding dress I wanted to be able to wear again. It was a really difficult fabric to work with and she did excellent work. It took a while to get it back but that is understandable given the pandemic and the shutdowns thus year. Staff were also helpful in willing to work on price and were communicative

We always send our laundry and dry cleaning to Door to Door Valet and have used 2 different locations and have great experiences with both. highly recommend!

I honestly went looking for a miracle- I had a cheap dress that I bought oversized but wanted it tailored to a tee and the structure changed within a week at a reasonable price- went looking for a miracle and Santos delivered for me. He was so nice a friendly, VERY accommodating to my request. He listened to what I wanted and gave me the best possible result- I couldnt have asked for more. Thank you so much for making me best dressed at my holiday party and working with my budget.

This place does a great job but even more impressive to me is the service that Nicole provides. She’s super attentive and really seems to care about providing great service. In a big city she provides that friendly hometown feel.

Horrible. Do not send your couture here. No customer service to speak of. Call and ask for help - they will promise to call you back or have the owners call you back and never follow up. Sent brand new Dior pants - came back looking 10 years old. Sent favorite $1000 cashmere shawl - they glued a barcode to the fabric for tracking. When I asked them to remove it - they cut a hole in my shawl and sent it back to me. NOT joking - I have pictures. Absolutely horrible - used to be good but has gone off a cliff. Delivery will constantly forget to pick up and drop off. Only came here because they claim to be the best - but they are just as bad as all the rest and twice as expensive. What a mess. Thanks for ruining my clothes and never following on any of it.

Best organic cleaner in the area!! Free pick up and delivery is really good. Clothes are always done to perfection. They actually look for the stains and treat them. I recommend them highly.

Look, their dry cleaning is fine. It’s nothing more or less than other dry cleaners. (Unless you use the delivery service side I suppose but that has nothing to do with dry cleaning). The issue with door to door is that they loose stuff. I have never gotten the same dry cleaning or suit bag back and have had to ask for replacements so many times that I just can’t go back and get annoyed any longer or pollute the environment with their plastic bag incompetence. If they can’t keep a bag straight how do they really do with your clothes? Just go somewhere less expensive with comparable service, but competence, because door to door is not that place.Don’t know how to respond to owners response, so I’ll do it here:Dear owner, if you “affix” barcodes onto our clothes to track them. (I assume you mean you pin a barcode to the fabric of our fine garments) then why couldn’t you “pin” a barcode onto our garment bags? Is it because you outsource your dry cleaning to a factory and they won’t receive our “fineables”, move our bags to the “completed” section, then dry clean our goods? If it is YOUR facility than that answer could be “yes, we can do that”, right?Now you’re trying to bribe me? Instead of taking people out to lunch could you just fix your problems?
