I love this location! Everyone is so friendly and I love the way my clothes are always perfect and ready on time!

I gave them a $3000 tailored suit with crisply pressed lapels above the top button and got those lapels back impressed drooping below the second button so the suit looked like a $350 outfit. I gave them a tailored shirt worn 3 times. I wome up at 4:30 to dress for court in Riverside and found they had destroyed a cuff button and did not replace it so I paid for a short I could not wear. I then reflected on how often this happens and it is about 8% of the time they launder a shirt. I tried 3 times 5o call the manager but he would not return my call. I finally warned that if he did not speak to me I would raise with the tenants in our building taking our house account elsewhere. The employee said well we have not gotten many complaints. In other words screw you 2e are not going to deal with your problems. Why did I not give 1 star? Because they never lost a $3000 suit. That would be worse

A bit pricier than other laundromats in the area. That being said- it is a lot nice than most. Free (working) WiFi, couches, TVs, etc. There is never an issue with parking, and there always seems to be washers and driers available (even during busy hours!)

Great quality and fantastic service...... what else can i ask for? Been going here ever since i moved in the area. Take all my clothes there i am really satisfied with the quality of cleaning and service . Have also referred few friends since I started using them and they havent stopped going there either.They get it right EVERY TIME!

Horrible...was told same day on phone and wasnt ready for 3 days. wouldnt give us weight or price estimate until after finished. washed and folded 2 dresses that were shown in person to staff and asked to hang dry. Terrible customer service. rude young girl on phone.
