Ive been to Pacific Smog a couple of times and the owner is always cracking jokes and making me and everyone else chuckle. He is a very hardworking man and is very honest with the customers about what they need to do if they dont pass the smog test like getting a full tune up etc. His prices are also fair for all. I did have to wait a while to get the smog test done but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend you go to Pacific Smog & Lube. I rate it 5 stars.

This is my place for getting smogs the owner is so helpful he goes out of his way to help.I put a battery in my car so he checked before smoging it to be shure its code where set. Others may take advantage of that and make you retest.Plus hes open late.

Very poor customer service. The older gentleman was extremely rude and disrespectful. Yes, I have an older truck and he had a difficult time completing the test and that frustrated him and he kept saying “piece of junk, piece of junk”after a few minutes, he hands me my registration and doesn’t say anything and I am waiting for an explanation and all he says “go somewhere else”. Definitely will not go here again😕.

FRIENDLY AND ETHICAL!!! Came here after getting ripped off at the Main St Shell. I asked him what he would do if my Check Engine light was on. He said I wont smog check it. It would probably not pass. Which is the ethical thing to do! The owner is quiet but, friendly and likes jokes. You can feel safe that hes going to treat you right. Will be coming here to get my smog checks in the future; I recommend you do the same.

Sammy is a good guy, Im not sure, but I think hes open every day and late some days. Some people have trouble understanding his humor some times. But he means well

Well, the work, it grabs well, but the gentleman, when I was, I do not know if, is not in a good mood, or because, I talked to everything Bravo, because of kindness, it was not anything but just to me because then a lady and she if I treat her kindly with a laugh on her face or it will be because she is a woman, but I said, that all clients have to treat it well, not just some.
