A Sears service technician was quick to diagnose the problem, which was not of any great consequence, but causing a leak in the water on the door. He was friendly, gave a little advice, and obviously enjoyed his job.The care Ive always experienced from Sears and their employees is the reason I dont even shop around when I need major appliances. Knowing if I run into a problem, they will respond quickly and are very knowledgeable is what earns my repeat business.

4 visits to make repair. They broke two items that were not apparent until after they left. Replaced new part onto wire harness with corroded wires. How long do you think before I have a broken dishwasher again? Not happy at all. Consumer beware.

The technician was great. Friendly, helpful. The main complaint is the cost of the repair. Labor cost for something that literally took 5 minutes to install should NOT be over $350 !!!!! Since I am sure the technician does not set the labor cost, I will not use Sears repair department again. Shame on Sears for charging exorbitant costs for labor.

So far I have been disappointed with the process regarding getting my microwave/oven combination repaired. It has not been completed yet - one visit to determine what needed to be done, follow up phone call to determine potential parts needed, third repair visit no one showed up and I am having difficulty getting another visit scheduled. It’s frustrating. I think the main reason is that I did not receive any communication regarding the last service repair call. I can be far more patient when I understand why I’m having to wait.

Took three visits to get the job done! Over a week after it was determined that a new part was required, 2nd crew came to install. oops wrong part ordered!! Ordered another part, was scheduled to be installed 9 days later, I got on PC and moved up some. 3rd crew came and did a good job installing part. This simple replacement took nearly 3 weeks. FYI, had this same part replaced about a year ago! Probably will have to do so again in a year or so?Lastly, Crew that installed the part were good,

Repair person came hours after scheduled ending. Determined I needed a new disposal and ordered one and told me I had to find someone to install it as Sears did not do any installation. I was very disappointed to hear I had to find someone after my new disposal arrives and that my warranty did not cover installation.
