Great customer service, honest high quality work. I have had two windshields replaced. One screen was on a 30 year old car, they wete able to source a new one and install it. Good prices.

They replaced my passenger side window and I got to say I was so blown away by their customer service and the quality of work that Im now having them replace my windshield and my girlfriends windshield. They are also extremely fair on price too.

Terrible customer service. Replaced a window there, my mirror later then fell off to poor quality in installation. Then took it back to get replaced. After replacement the stress cracked my windshield where they attempt to glue back the mirror. Owner Gilbert did nothing to help fix the crack or a discount replacement he just wanted to charge me a full window plus the tint I had on. Terrible place will never go back

They were booked for weeks but were very helpful and referred me to another business. Thats 5 star worthy in a town where average customer service is mediocre at best.

My car was broken into and the side power window smashed to pieces. I called Discount glass and asked when their next available appointment was. I told it was 2 days from the day I was calling. I was emotional at the time and tried to keep it together while the man asked questions so hed know what to order for the repair. He then told me he could have it by the next morning and squeezed me in to get the repair done, knowing it was going to snow that day. I am beyond appreciative and could not express my gratitude enough. The price was also reasonable and the work was exemplary, they even got as much glass out of the vehicle as possible.

Great service! I had a massive crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced. I walked into Discount Auto Glass and Glazing and they promptly made an appointment, took less than five minutes. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my first appointment, but with a quick phone call they set me up for a new appointment on the same day! Speedy service as well, it only took an hour to replace my windshield and I paid a very fair price. If you need glass work done, I would recommend!

I was disappointed! They gave me a quote over the phone asked me to hurry by, and then when I got there, they jacked up the price! None of the male employees would take to responsibility for having quoted me over the phone. I think they are homophobic, I left feeling discrimination! I would never recommend them to anyone! Fix the windows and screens at my house did a good job very fast and friendly

Went to have my windshield replaced, great! Got there and they had the wrong windshield ok understandable. Went back the next day, waited some time for it to be replaced. Finished it and I was happy to have it finally fixed. A few days later I noticed leaks in the inside of the windshield. Took it back and was made out to seem like I was a liar. There’s no consistent water streaks or stains is what I was told, but we will “fix,” it. Great! I already felt uncomfortable at that point. Left and noticed a chip on the front windshield but at that point I didn’t have time to turn around and go back. Took a photo went back the next day and was told that it was no way made by them and that usually chips happen a lot when going to Albuquerque. I’ve literally had the windshield for seven days. I’m just done. To many issues, and to much time wasted going back and forth. Do your self a favor and go to the dealership its worth the extra cost for it to be done correctly.

If I could give zero stars for this business I would. I was quoted $139 for a windshield replacement on my 2018 Jeep, then after I drop off my vehicle I get a call saying that the windshield was now going to be $369, or $399 for the Mopar replacement. Why the extra $300 from original quote, who knows, but I needed to get it done before the weekend. So fine, and an extra $30 to make it original since it was a brand new Jeep. I drive it straight home, which is literally 5 min away, and park it. The next morning, there is a crack in the windshield. Called Discount and they said it is a stress crack and they will bring it to Gilberts attention and hell call us back and theyll get it replaced. He never called us back and we had a trip to Colorado that weekend. Of course we bring the Jeep because its winter and they just had a major snowstorm. We get back from our weekend trip and call on Monday to get it replaced. Gilbert says to bring it in and blames the crack on a rock chip even though there were no rock hits when we drove it home. He refused to replace the windshield after we just paid over $400, and it cracks overnight. We then take the jeep to a local competitor, and they said there was no way a rock chip caused the crack. And they quote me $139 for the windshield replacement which was the original cost at Discount. My family and I used to refer a lot of people to this business as we are loyal customers, but will never send anyone here again.

I was initially quoted $193 over the phone to replace my windshield. Because I provided wrong information, they had to order different type of windshield. I was thinking the price might jump higher than what was originally quoted, but it was actually $20 cheaper than my initial quote. I was surprised because most businesses tries to take as much money as they can from the customers. So I appreciate their honesty, hope I don’t have to replace anymore windshields in the future but if I do I’ll go to this place. I recommend this shop 💯%

Called around for a quote for auto glass. Discount was the least expensive. I made an appointment for a Monday, knew I would not make it and rescheduled for a Friday. Spoke with two different employees, each very informative and professional. I went in and within 10 minutes they were busy putting on the glass. The quote was exact plus tax. ..They were timely expedient and professional. It took approximately an hour, I must admit that the waiting room, although clean and comfortable was kind of hidden and I felt slightly boxed in.

Out if the three places I called Discount Auto Glass was the least expensive. Service was great from both owners and techs. They replaced my windshield very quickly. I decided not to do tinting as they required my vehicle for the whole day. With that being said, one of the technicians broke my door handle and later I noticed chipped paint in several areas around my windshield. Now, they did replace and install a new door handle free of charge. Also I dont really mind the chipped paint as it is an older vehicle. But, I will not be returning with any of my vehicles due to the carelessness from the techs.

I am on vacation and drove to NM from TN. A rock hit the windshield, huge crack, right through my field of view. Discount Auto Glass fit us into their schedule so we could continue our vacation. Have a chip and a crack in my windshield. Asked person at front to fix and check for more. Repairs were done to knick and not the chip and crack. Waited over half an hour and still at square one. Same time and money by going to R & E in Española instead.

2015 BMW windshield replacement with OEM quality. Was worried that the final job might not be as good as factory, but Gilbert and his crew were terrific. Original quality glass and perfect fit and installation. Good as new. And much less cost than BMW doing the work. They worked with my insurance company very well so that my only cost was my policy deductible. Highly Recommend.

Great ownership and service!

I went here to get my 2012 VW windshield replaced because they had the best price in town. The replacement is great, there are no leaks. However, in removing my windshield wiper arms, they put them back in the incorrect orientation, a mistake I didnt discover until the next rain. The wipers would not advance the full run of the swipe, leaving 1/3 of the windshield un-wiped. The bad part, however, was that the wipers tried to descend past the engine cowling which put a strain on the motors and caused the fuse to blow. It took me 45 minutes to remove the wiper arms, affix them back the proper way, and replace the fuse.

Same day, fast, simple friendly service for $130 compared to next week and $300 at Safelite.

I took in my tundra because i had a smashed windshield. they did change the windshield but did a poor job, they left the windshield loose, they also left the truck a mess with the glue that they used. On top of that they also removed the the original rear view mirror. I am really surprised they would treat a customers car like that. If your going to take your vehicle in make sure to take pictures before they work on it so you know in what conditions your vehicle was in.
