I’d give 6 or 7 stars if I could. I was traveling through and got a nail in my tire. I called the rental car company and their affiliated maintenance shops but no one around the area was able to help. Luckily I found Peerless on Google and they were able to help right away. The store manager Burke was super helpful and friendly. I was in and out in 10 minutes and I could continue my adventure to Albuquerque. A huge thank you to Burke and his crew. Definitely recommend this tire shop if you need an efficient and cost effective service.

I got an alignment here about a year ago, new tires. When I got to my appointment I went for a walk thinking they would work on my car. I came back 40 or more minutes later my car still in the same spot, they forgot me. So they took my car and the guy who supposedly worked on my showed me what he supposedly did. well one year later my tires are bold from inner side very bad so he obviously did not do it correctly!! Or Half fast!! Or nothing!!

I am not from San Francisco, that just shows up on my Gmail for some reason. I have lived in Pojoaque for 38 years and grew up in Los Alamos. Went into Peerless on Monday to buy a couple trailer tires and have them mounted. They were super busy but they got me in and out in less than 10 minutes! Burke, the manager was simply awesome and I really appreciate his professionalism in getting this done so fast so we didnt have to wait long in the sun or come back later. Great price on the tires, great experience!

Amazing experience, I struggled all morning to get tire service from any other provider. Peerless Tires really saved the whole weekend with fast service and amazing customer care. Both my tires were fixed promptly for a very decent price and I am more than happy with the experience.I definitely recommend you use peerless tires.

Forget all the rest and head to Peerless. I needed two new tires and before you knew it they took care of me at a reasonable price with quality tires. Then, my neighbor needed a tire repair and I brought her over. They took their time with her and solved her problem just like that. These guys really are top-notch and very friendly and professional to boot!

Nick did a very good job very fast and good service on 6 tires for my dually all by him self and still took care of customers as well !! Will not buy tires any where else keep up the good work Nick thanks so much for the hard work!!!!!

I went in to get a plug in my tire called at 5:30 got there at 5:40 and I was helped quickly and out of there before 6:00. I had excellent service from a guy named Isaiah. Very quick and professional thank you all so very much.

Great guys! I pulled into their shop, shortly before closing with a punctured tire. Nick and his crew fixed it for me and didnt even charge me! That was very nice of them. Im definitely coming back here, they care about their customers, you can certainly tell.

I went in on Tuesday and the Manager Nick and his coworker Isaiah were super friendly doing everything they could to get me back on the road. They put 4 tires in my car within under 20 min really fast service careful with my car, clean shop really felt welcome if you need tires Peerless is the place to go. Thank you guys so much.

The assistant manager, Nick, who had helped me was very approachable and knowledgeable about their products and what I wanted/needed. He was able to get the job done surprisingly fast considering it was 4 new tires and rims, and it came out amazing! I definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come here if you’re looking for great customer service and outstanding products.

First they took me in on short notice with no appointment. Ive taken my Porsche to three different tire stores because of balance issues. Peerless tires got it right the first time it doesnt even feel like the same car. These guys know what theyre doing, the service was fast friendly and very professional. I cant rate them highly enough.

I went here to have a plug put in my tire and after repairs he popped my tire on and wouldnt accept a dime.i think he saw the happy birthday written on my backglass and balloons in my back seat. Really made my day.

And I didnt even buy any tires! I went in to swap out my current tires for another set, and they talked me out of it! Told me the tires were too heavy, and that my gas milage would drop, and that my tires were actually good. Passing on a sale to provide good, honest advice! Ill be back.

These guys are great. They started on my vehicle within 15 minutes of me walking through the door and the price was a lot lower than i expected. Good customer service all the way around. I just wish they had a Peerless in Alabama.

My experience was horrible. Ive been doing business at this location for 20 years. And I will never go back. I called in to see if they could fix a flat on my aftermarket wheels. Was quoted a price and when I arrived they gave me a different price. I explained to the gentleman at the counter the price I was quoted over the phone and he told me I gave him the wrong size of Wheels. I explained to him that I know what size the wheels they are and maybe he miss heard me. He insisted that I gave him the wrong size of Wheels over the phone and continue to belittle me about it. I agreed to pay the price that he told me while I was there and they took my wheel. Well standing there they continued to talk trash that I gave him the wrong size of wheel over the phone. I then requested to speak to the manager and explain to him I was not happy with them going on Ive already agreed to the price they gave me. The manager did nothing to stop his employees from belittling me while Im standing there. He had no control over his employees. I which point I took my will and when elsewhere. I went around the corner to a local tire shop and they took care of me. I will never go there again I will pay the extra money to get better customer service. Completely horrendous and horrible experience I do not recommend anybody going to this shop as long as these employees work there. I tried calling corporate headquarters and never got a response. I was a customer for life and will never go back good job!

Went to get my tires balanced and check air, all the staff were sitting down doing nothing. When I told them what I needed they asked why like I was bothering them. The gentlemen was very rude and they never put air in my tires. I will never buy tires from them again and I am going to tell all my family and friends not to do business with them. Today I am at Discount Tires putting on a new set of tires. Good customer service they gained a customer.

They couldnt fix my flat. I bought the tires at Peerless .They fixed at the Colfax location where I purchased the tires . The Colfax location is worth the drive .

Bad service came in for a change of tire they messed up some pipes in my engine i guess u get what you pay for very disappointed

Very helpful was traveling from out of state and could not find the tire I needed and they went out of their way to get me back on the road and was able to repair one tire another store told me I had to replace!

I had good experience but not my grandfather. They say that they didnt get lug nuts for his rims and dont want to order them through SNAP. They didnt give me problems but I dont get why they gave him problems over lug nuts. I offered to put them on my account but they claim that they cant do that for some reason. Then its like 80$ for a whole set from them but autozone its like 36$. Just make sure you get your lug nuts.

They had the tires I needed in stock and were able to I stall then with no fuss pretty quickly.

Horrible. warning. This is a rip-off place. They charged me three times what other service centers charge for a wheel bearing($150) and then made me sign a form saying that the job wouldnt last since there was a cracked rotor. So 150 for nothing. Now after two weeks its bad again. The mechanic explained why charges were so high, We are in business to make a profit. We charge as much as we can there are many options available. My experience was horrible!!!

👎I took my car this morning to get my tire replaced because it shredded on the highway, and hours later I was told by Jiffylube that I had a piece of tire wrapped around my caliper. If it wasnt for Jiffylube my brakes could have locked and caused an accident. I wouldnt have given the one star, but this was the only way to rate them.

Was on the phone and said I’ll be right there, he just hung up instead of saying thanks
