I receive packages all the time from the Post Office with no problem. Twice now I have someone supposedly try to deliver a package in the evening and says they attempted but no access. I have no gates, no fences, no animals. Trying to reach someone at the PO is impossible. The driver just needs to do his job and deliver.. No reason why they cant. Use your eyes!!!

The associate helping me was extremely rude. He rolled his eyes and argued with me after I requested to pick up my apartment mailbox key. I will avoid coming here for all my future post office needs.

I walked in to the post office with a literal buffalo skull. No box. No packing material. They helped me pack it up and ship it out and it wasn’t even that expensive as I thought! Thank god I didn’t pay $150 to have the lady on the street I bought it from ship it for me. Lol

They couldn’t deliver an important letter. Then I had to reschedule online with instructions and still can’t deliver or provide any further update, still in-transit status. So many mail was delivered properly before. Do they know that it affects people life? Also it’s a federal crime to keep letters. Two years ago, several male staff at front desk there were nice. And any agency can look into this issue for residents’ peace of mind? Are we living in 1st or 3rd world? We people appreciate your work, keep uour standard high!

Awful place. I arrived a half hour prior to closing with a package and no one in line in front of me. They refused to check my package for accurate postage because both workers wanted to get out of there on a Friday. I placed $9.75 in stamps for 2-day Priority Package post. My stamps were all post-marked, and then returned to my home address. A complete waste of $10 and time.

Called about a package that is marked delivered but has not been delivered. When I called the wait to talk to someone was 46minutes to an hour! How is that possible??? Worst service. All the good people were forced to retire early or were pushed out by new corporate supervisors. Nothing good about this place in YEARS.

After much fear and trepidation that I had after having read the angst-filled reviews of this post office, I visited it to pick up some post card stamps on a Tuesday afternoon. Granted, I was merely visiting Santa Fe and do not actually live here, but my brief experience was nothing but positive. I happened to notice that there was a sign posted on the outside of the building that seemed to address the issues that people were having obtaining passports here. It stated that another location, (which was at a shopping mall, had free parking, and was more convenient for customers since they could do their shopping while they waited,) was available to obtain passports. It sounds as if they are at least listening to the complaints. As far as having to wait in line, I got lucky since there was only one other person there.

What a useless service! They have delivered 3 of my last 5 packages to the wrong address and I have so far only been able to retrieve 1. I have called them over 30 times today and they have not once picked up the phone. Theyre completely incompetent! Why even have a postal service in NM? And now FedEx passes off to the local post office for delivery, so anything shipped FedEx goes missing too.

Do not bother trying to do passport renewal here. Signs say you must call to make an appointment. Tried calling the number over 10 times- it is constantly busy. You can also make an appointment at the counter, but the guy refuses to make one and says to just send it in. Go to another city.

So embarrassed to be New Mexican given the poor quality and service you receive at Santa Fe post offices. People clearly hate their job and take it out on the customers. Not only have I received rude and slow service, but they lost a box full of family photos and holiday gifts.

Our postal service in Santa fe is deplorable. We lost our health insurance because they did not deliver a single bill to our address until after they cancelled it for lack of payment. My car title has been missing in transit for over 3 months, and our christmas presents are a week late.There is not actual way to contact the Pacheco street post office. if you get the number out of the downtown branch, - assuming they pick up the phone, the other one does not. they let it ring all day- or they take it off the hook.the lines are insane, and the best answer i have ever gotten is Huh, dunno where it is. and an accompanying blank stare.

Let’s see here.... Losing packages. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone to see what is going on. Forwarding my package to a different address? What the heck. This is the worst USPS service ever. Obviously a bunch of idiots that work at this place. You all really suck. Fire these lazy workers and hire new ones that would actually be worth a damn. Sheesh. Wonder where my package is now? Probably up in the air.... I’d leave Zero stars if I could... A damn shame.

They insist that they delivered a package to my front door last week. I have security cameras on my porch and my footage shows no one ever coming by to deliver a package, yet they insist to me that they did. Total incompetency.

Told here that even though they accept general delivery packages, they want a slip filled out in advance and priority mail may take 7-10 days to arrive here. Dont use this PO if you need anything above the basics.

The driver assigned to my route is TERRIBLE. I was expecting 2 packages. First was was returned to sender due to a faulty address?! The second one I stood by my mail box to notice that the driver just passed by and now my package is being returned as well. Really...

We shipped a parcel from the UPS store, but were told it would have to go USPS, this was on 2/2/19. To date, there isnt any tracking information on the USPS site, recipient hasnt received package either. I have tried calling them for 4 hours no answer. Finally spoke to a person and was told that there would be no reason for them to hold the box, but no one knows where the box is.

I am so sick of Santa Fes so-called Post Office! They have once again delivered my mail to someone else, and I dont know who! Since they never answer their telephone I cannot even report that my package and all other mail was NOT delivered to me, but to someone else! Need to fire these people and hire people who want to work!
