We were visiting NM for the weekend and the windshield got hit by a rock. We called and he was able to fix it that day. Fixing the chip kept the windshield from cracking.

I stopped by regarding my front windshield. Rock Solid couldnt help me because of the damage. They recommended someone, and it was a wonderful referral! Rock Solid was so helpful and professional, I would strongly recommend them ! Thank you.

Edwardos a good guy. Open on Saturday. He may not answer the phone because hes always outside fixing windshields, but just pull in and hell fix you up. Fast and friendly!

I was a bit weary about using this place because of current reviews, but I am sure glad I did. It was Saturday and the shop was quite busy. The tech on site came up to my car and looked at the crack and quoted the job. Also stated all the variables about a cracked windshield repair. After all at this point its broken glass. I definitely would choose to spend my money here again. Thank you for your great service, even if my windshield cracks again.

These guys are great. Used them 3 times so far. Today (Sunday) car in front of me sent up a rock which cracked my window. They sent a guy over to their office to fix the crack even though they were closed. Reasonably priced. Really friendly people!

During our first visit to New Mexico, we were promptly welcomed by a stone from a passing car striking our rental cars windshield. Rock Solid was able to repair the crack before it expanded and for a very reasonable price. They came highly recommended by the locals.

So I was outside of US EAGLE the bank next door. I noticed the shop said windshield repair here, so i walked over to ask if they were still opened. An employee who appears on one of the pictures on Google (i looked them up AFTER i spoke to him) who i believe might be one of the shop owners was super rude and answered “nope” so i asked once more so you are closed he replied “yup like 30 minutes ago” i found his response to the question i had to be very rude and short so i decided to not even proceed and ask him for an estimate on the service i wanted. I do agree with one of the comments i read on these reviews, that customer service IS NOT THERE. I understand that i went after hours but if he would’ve taken one minute to acknowledge a potential customer and answered with a more patient and happy attitude this review would have been positive and i would encourage others to stop by. But because of his poor customer service and lack of patience i encourage you not to. The owners of this business need to understand that people like me take time to write these reviews so others can know how great or how bad a place is. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT FOR A BUSINESS EVEN AFTER HOURS.

I had a tiny windshield crack repair made a week ago at this location. The guy who did the repair told me that the crack was not going to move.A few days later I noticed the crack did indeed move and now I have an 18 crack emanating from the original site in both directions and it increases every day.I am PISSED!Stay away from this windshield repair place in Santa Fe!!I would have posted photos if I was able to.

Yup. I had two chips that he said wouldnt be a problem. They became a huge crack. Go somewhere else. Probably anywhere else.

Nope, zero stars if I could. Had very small pebble size rock chip, he repairs and I am on my way. Woke up next morning, pebble sized chip has now spread across windshield. I am told they can seal the ends but I will need a new windshield. I am told it was a rare occurrence, that a chip that small, sometimes, the repair cant hold.

Quick fix, very nice people, reasonable prices.

Paid $60 to have 4 crack repaired to stop crack on my Honda. Very next day crack shot across the entire windshield. Waste of money. Stay away for small cracks.
