These guys are awesome! My Dell computer was black screen...I was pretty freaked out! They took it in that morning and got it up and running and saved all my info. Then when I was ready to replace the hard drive with one I had purchased soon thereafter, they were able to transfer my entire hard drive (with a mirror program), same day, and only charge a transfer rate...which was very reasonable.Each of the techs was familiar with my job, so if the one working on it was unavailable to speak with me, the others were able to run interference. They are full of great advice and very personable. What more can I say. Highly Recommend them!
