We have a monthly membership here we take our truck in to be washed at least two times a week we like the fact that we dont have to pay for the vacuum services and we can wash our mats and detail our vehicle right there in the parking lot the staff is professional and considerate if you ever have any questions there eager to answer. The car wash is well kept everything still looks pretty new seems as though theyve replaced the things that were worn down the vacuums work well wish they would open up more spaces though.

The vacuums at this place are nice. They are nice and strong. However, the wash is not so great. My car was still pretty dirty afterwords. Lots of dirt and bugs left over. Also, The drier doesn’t work too well. My car was soaking wet afterwards and it left water spots on my car before I had a chance to towel dry. The wash definitely left me with some new swirl marks as well. Not great.

Even with the line being a tad bit long, service went by quickly. What can I say? Its your standard auto car wash.There was an option to have an attendant scrub off the bugs from your windshield for like $5 extra, but I opted out. Probably would be worth it though, as the car wash didnt clear the bugs off my windshield. Also, I noticed pretty significant streaks on my outside mirrors, like they didnt really get dried well.

Reasonable overall. Suv and trucks come out only mildly clean. The back hatch is still mostly dirty, overall Im happy with the service. Well be back again! Thank you.

Love coming here. Employees clean the inside very well. Sometimes our back of our car is still left dirty though. Maybe just a malfunction of their machine.... happened 3 times though.

Even when theres tons of cars, the wash goes quick! The vacuums are powerful. I always find a spot, even when all of the spots are full, the wait isnt too long. Prices are reasonable and my vehicles get a nice thorough wash. I once took a super muddy jeep and they had me go back in after the first time just to ensure it all got off. Awesome!

Not sure why they dont have the pressure hoses that some of the other same style car washes do in other cities other than that its a good place to get your car clean in short order

No matter what you pay you go through at the same speed. I dont feel like its worth the extras (15$ if you get all). They offer a brush for bugs and such but how often do they change the water and brush. I have a black vehicle so I should not really be driving through these type of car wash but the dealership gives me a free wash (3$ value + 10$ for top package). Not worth it. You go through the tunnel in less then 3 minutes.

I love the location and convenience of this wash. It is always immaculate and the owner, Russ, is very prompt and thorough about customer service. We were accidentally charged twice for a wash. I alerted Russ via the contact form on their website and was refunded the extra charge within days. Great customer service and love the endless use of the vacuums.

Went through once, car was still dirty. They let me go through a 2nd time for no extra charge but it wasnt any better. They need to pre-treat better.

The vacuums are free and very strong. The mat wash tub is very convenient. The actual car wash is ok but leaves something to be desired. It is my preferred car wash because overall it’s good with the extra amenities

Went in today paid for Ultimate wash plus bug prep. Total cost $19.50, advised staff not everything worked while going thru car wash. She was like oh yeah that doesn’t work. So i asked if something does not work why charge for full service. And I told her my car was still visibly dirty she again was bothered, inconvenienced with a negative attitude said to me I could come back in three days. I then attempted to call to talk to owner or manager and Amanda again rudely said i can call back tomorrow and talk to the GM. If you want pictures of how dirty my car is after wash I will gladly post those as well. Employees have no regard or care about your car or your money spent! DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH!

Our truck was nearly as dirty as it was when we pulled into the car wash. Dirty places along both sides of truck, had to wash again once we got home. Definitely not worth $15+

Paid the extra for bug cleaning, they barely brushed and did not remove bugs. The front of the car looks clean but all of the dirt just ran down the back so the back doesnt look washed. Same result all 3 times I have used this car wash. Will have to look elsewhere for this service.

This wash is a joke! I don’t know why there’s so many good reviews. My car still came out dirty on the body and with bugs on the windshield. I usually pay to have mine professionally detailed, but needed something to tide me over. I get it’s not going to compare to a $100+ detail, but I’d still expect a car wash to wash all the dirt off my car... just sayin. Go to the oil spot car wash place on Cerilos. You’ll pay a little more, but I guess that’s what you have to pay to actually get your car washed properly....

Bad experience.the girl guiding cars in the wash was talking to two coworkers that were standing in front of white sign.the sign had the directions for use for the wash. Vehicle behind me hit my vehicle. The same girl that was guiding yelled at me saying it was my fault. No damage done.i will not be going back.

CAUTION WHEEL BRUSH DAMAGES CHROME!!! If negative stars were available i would honor there customer service with -☆☆☆☆☆. Took my BMW in and joined the wash club. BIG MISTAKE!!! The wheel cleaning feature scratched or scuffed all 4 of my wheels. At approximately 6-8 inches around the entire rim. Leaving the outer part of my wheel looking dull and dirty. Reported to manager and my claim has been passed around. I was then told I would be hearing back no later than monday, but have yet to be contacted, adding insult to injury. More than one week has elapsed since the report. Since my claim was denied by staff. Interesting because 3 auto body shops and 2 insurance adjusters say all damages are consistrnt with type brush used at wash. Let the the lawyers handle these types. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF EQUIPTMENT USED DEMONSTRATED BY STAFF. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOUR LOOKING FOR DAMAGES AND TO BE TREATED POORLY!!!

Lousy for $15. Are you serious???Way too fast, no robo rollers. Truck came out still muddy cuz track was way too quick. Very disappointing.I get a better deal and job at the old one up by St Mikes.

Ive been a member for awhile, however the recent service isnt with the employees but with the machine it self. It definitely needs maintenance and doesnt seem to be consistent by either the drying towel at the end not touching the car, suds left from lousy rinsing pressures. Film and bubbles arent a cars best friend Im sorry... dont tell me you cant afford it, everyone and their mom waits in a line all the way to Cerillos rd. and a membership is around 30 dollars a month, so I expect excellent results from a high performance machine.

Worst car wash experience ever! Could have just stayed home and thrown a cold bucket of water on it. Only good thing was the self service vacuum, but even that had weak suction. Would never return.

Waited an hour this morning, no one showed up to open. Went back 20 minutes later, and the wash had a busted hose I was told, and would not opening. Off day for the wash I suppose.

Just went to this car was and bought the upgrade for everything. After the car wash my car is still dirty, rims are dirty, and tire shine applied to half the surface are of the tires. Not happy about the quality of the wash...have to get it washed again to get it clean.

What? I dont get all the 5 star reviews here. Washed my car here tonight and I can easily say that it was the worst $15 car wash Ive ever had. When I pulled around to align my tire in the guide rack the guy giving directions wasnt even looking at my car. I had to stop until he actually looked at my wheels to make sure I wasnt going to damage them. He was talking to another employee but had the wisdom to keep waving me forward. Then when I pulled out of the washer my car wasnt even dried. Not even a little. There were sheets of water coming down around my windows on all sides and the small beads of water that Im used to at these types of washes were nowhere to be seen. I even wonder if somehow my car wash belonged to someone elses and somehow my car got the cheap tier in the shuffle. There was no pre rinse, and the damn spots were so bad that my entire windshield looked foggy. The next morning. The water spots were so bad that I had to go somewhere else to wash my car. There were white water spots covering my red vehicle and I could even see them from afar. The tires on my car, that I paid extra to have cleaned, dont look very clean at all and theyre certainly not shiny - and I paid extra to have them washed and shiny. Dont waste your money here. I could have paid two dollars at the hand washing place and gotten the same results. Literally. The picture below is taken the morning after... The windshield is not wet! Thats the residue leftover from my $15 car wash.... Seriously! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS TO WASH YOUR CAR!

I love that theres no limit for the vacuum, but their car wash is NOT great!! It leaves a film all over the car, doesnt get your windows clean,etc.. I almost went back through a second time!! I might as well as just taking a hose to my car myself! Truly a waste of money!!

I had hit a deer or something and there was nasty smelly carcass underneath my car. The attendants helped scrape it out with a poker and even sprayed something to help with odor. 10/10 would recommend to come here over anywhere else. Its the simple things. Thanks to the true gentleman who helped this damsel in disgust.

Nice clean car whats not to love

I used to be able to get a quality wash from this place. The past 2 times Ive gone my car is left with a dirty residue. Although I pay for the best one the last time I went I didnt get the whole list of options that I paid for.

Didnt get my car very clean, even with the top-price wash.

The automatic wash didn’t rinse the soap off of my vehicle and left it with a film of soap when it dried.

Smart, fast, automated. Clean too. The anti-bug splash really works and worth the 3 bucks. Vacuum included. Vac area can get crowded. Rewash if it rains for free.

I usually dont leave a 5 star because theres always room for improvement. The team here is on a roll I was really impressed on how Rogers team Lee and Antonio took care of me and my vehicle. The personal here are very polite friendly and will take care of any Issue Immediately. Also FREE very powerful vacuums to clean up areas where only I know that needs attention and not having people personal you dont know in your vehicle. I always tip these guys because I know Im getting more than 100% from them and I know more than likely they are only getting minimum wage.

Friendly, fast and economical! Monthly membership is good for one wash a day, every day of the month!

I have been washing my vehicles here since they opened up! I am always happy with my car wash and that I can vaccuum my cars thoroughly! The general manager has always been helpful and friendly and will come out and help even though he could let his employees do it all. The workers are courteous and helpful...they make sure my mirrors are pushed in..they are always busy cleaning and have even helped me when I am at the entrance to select my wash or enter my code! I will continue using Speedy Shines services...best car wash in Santa Fe!!

This is the best car wash in Santa Fe. I get the unlimited monthly plan for $30 and you cant beat that.I do wish the dryers dried my car better but the vacuums work great and I can stay as long as I need toso my car looks great. I like it that they have the tub to wash your car mats in too. Recently I was in and Roger helped me with a problem with my account (my fault) and I really appreciated that he went out of his way, he even called me the next day to let me know the problem was taken care of. Thanks Roger!!

The current staff at Speedy Shine Santa Fe is awesome. They treat you well and with respect. The new GM is an outstanding guy, and will do what it takes to keep you happy and continuing business there. I tend to go in the early morning and take advantage of the early bird discount (why not). I have since returned back to Speedy Shine due to the new GM and management. They are constantly updating the tech and brushes which I like because they will keep our vehicles cleaner and less scratches. The facility is always clean, and the vacuum are readily available.

Not a good place! Your vehicle gets damaged! Half of the machines dont work considering its a newer car wash! A worker is always running around just screaming. There is never anyone available to assist when you need something. This place is just all about making money they dont actually care about you or your vehicle! Seems like its a just a play ground! They dont care about their customers what so ever! Your better off washing your vehicle by yourself then to spend the money at this place!!

Maybe Im spoiled coming from Arizona....I came here because of the reviews. $16.00 for a wash that isnt much better than spraying your car off with a garden hose. Disappointed to say the least.

We love it here! Best vacuums, and the only way to get your car cleaned inside without getting a detail. In the 2 years weve been washing our car here, there was only one time they were closed and we have never had to wait. We come weekly and sometimes bi-weekly. It is also a great way to get your little ones to help out. The manager and other assistants have always been great! Completely suggest, especially if you have dogs in the car and want all that hair vacuumed out, or driving around with kiddos spilling their snacks everywhere.

Today was my first time at speedy shine and I was so impressed how the staff was so helpful and welcoming, the manager Roger offered to help me take some trash out of my vehicle, its nice to see a business who truly cares about their customer. THANK YOU SPEEDY SHINE. You definetly won me over.
