I have been wanting an X3 M40i for a while. I finally decided to make it happen and contacted all the local dealership in Denver. All sold out. Shoot. So I then decided I should just reach out to the surrounding states’ dealerships. I reached out to Kansas, New Mexico and Utah. I got auto emails from them all, but I got contacted first by Marisa Garcia who was the most helpful and communicative person I have ever worked with to buy a car. The car was on order on a truck, and her communication keeping me up to date was fantastic. She helped me get everything I needed to get the loan process going and my trade in value. I went and picked it up, and she met me on her day off. It was an amazing experience, and the car is amazing!!!!

I would give a zero if possible.The dealer told me the car had a front camera. I found out once I brought the car home that it didn’t. They wouldn’t take the car back but offered to give me a loaner with 5000 miles on it that had the camera for an additional $7500!They are crooks! The salesperson was very nice and felt terrible. The management was looking to profit from their mistake. This dealership also owns Mercedes and other dealerships. BEWARE

I got in contact with the dealership Via emails which was a little bit confusing at first. it seemed I was getting automated responses. Then, I decided to call and everything went smoothly after. I pick my sales person Susan Grab, she is a 5 stars salesperson. I ordered my car since I wanted to pick every option, color and interiors. Susan helped with the process. During, the process she kept me updated. The car took about 6 weeks to be delivered which it wasnt that long. The purchase process went NO hassle, no issues....If you looking for a new car maybe you should give a call to Susan.

All of our interactions with our sales representative, James, were nothing short of excellent! The reason that we do not give the dealership a higher satisfaction rating is all based on the day that we spent in Santa Fe to take delivery of the vehicle.First of all, we had an appointment in place for our arrival at 10:30 AM. To make a long story short, after our arrival at our designated time we didn’t see the car for the first time until after 1:30 in the afternoon, leaving us no time for any introduction of any kind to the car. This was inexcusable and shocking after we had had such a good impression of James and the rest of the staff in all our pre-delivery visits. We had already announced that our departure time had to be by 2 PM for personal reasons.Finally, we were very unhappy to be surprised by the entire experience with your product Resistall that was somewhat forced on us when we were not informed in anyway as to any benefit that might begin by this product.James and Danny were wonderful in every way! We were very happy with our dealings with them.

Ive had my motorcycle worked on at 2 other shops in Santa Fe and I was not overly impressed with either. I LOVE Santa Fe BMW! The quality of their work is stellar and they are just really nice people to do business with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful (Im a female rider) and supportive....always taking the time to answer my questions and make suggestions when needed. My local mechanic (in Durango, CO) serviced my car but wanted me to head to a BMW dealership to have them do a more thorough double check of a problem that he suspected. He recommended Santa Fe BMW, and Im very happy that he did.I made an appointment to drive down from Colorado to Santa Fe and everything--from the initial setting of the appointment online to the servicing of my vehicle and the use of a rental car for the day--was top-notch. GREAT service, attention to detail and professional courtesy from Sam (service manager) and David (service mechanic). They were thorough in explanation and in recommended future service requirements. Interestingly enough, they completed service on my 2000 Honda Shadow (1100), although a certified BMW Motorcycle dealership. After their service completion, my 20 year old Shadow hummed on my 500 mile round trip from NM to Colorado, several days later.Sam, many thanks and Dave, thank you for cleaning the grit off my exhaust tail pipe. Our AC died on road trip to Arizona shortly before our scheduled overnight in Santa Fe; called ahead and they got my car right in, got us shuttled back and forth to the hotel, identified the problem, and although they didnt have the part for our older m3, they did give me the part number so I could call ahead to the Phoenix dealer to get the part in stock by the time we arrived. Great service from Daniel Gil, our service advisor and our shuttle driver, who gave us a mini tour of the city. And they were very, very reasonable.

Just a great sales experience. Nothing at all like what you expect and see on the majority of car lots. Our salesman, Jeremy was so knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of our questions and if he didnt know, he went right away and found out. Then theres Herschell, the BMW Genius. I guess most dealerships have them. This is a gentleman trained at the factory in Bavaria. Hes the one! These cars are getting very electronic and driver intuitive. Hell patiently walk you through it and then call you to follow up. From the manager (Dan) to all the support staff, I offer a hearty thank you.

Recently, my husband came home from Santa Fe BMW and suggested we return to the dealership to take a closer look at a few cars with the guidance of Britta, the sales person he had talked with. He was effusively positive about her knowledge and presentation of the autos and convinced me it would not be unpleasant (as most of our car shopping experiences have been). Britta was very gracious, even though I explained I wasnt sure if I was ready to buy a new car yet, much less know what make or model. She gave me an overview of a few models of my choice, and offered her assistance if and when I decided to pursue a car. No pressure, no hassle. I returned by myself a few days later for a test drive; Britta was very patient and informative, comparing the X1 and X3 for me. Once more, no pressure--just a nice way to spend an hour or so in the afternoon, driving around in luxe cars with a friend. Since I also wanted my husband to drive the two vehicles, she took us out a few days later and patiently compared the two models for his benefit. Britta has a wonderful approach--its more like shes offering advice than making a sales pitch. Ultimately, I made the decision to get an X1, which I love, and Im very happy to be part of the BMW family. I highly recommend that you talk with Britta if youre looking for a BMW.

I traveled from East TX to Santa Fe for vacation and of course I break down. It was Saturday morning and the service dept was closed, so I had my car towed to the BMW of Santa Fe and awaited nervously for the service dept to open on Monday. I want to mention that on Saturday I had great coordination with Lisa at BMW with the arrival of my car on the tow truck. First thing Monday morning I called and spoke with Jeremy my SA and he did a fantastic job of making sure that my vacation was not a total wash by providing me with a rental car while mine was being repaired. Jeremy was great with communication by letting me know that it was my water pump that had gone out, but that he would have my car repaired Wednesday so that I could be back on the road Thursday heading back to Texas!! I am very pleased with the service, professionalism, and kindness that I was shown. I would recommend using BMW of Santa Fe to anyone!

Saturday last week my car dash indicates that all four tires have low pressure. I am right near the dealership. Their service has been excellent and the car a 2014 X3 has been spectacular. So we decided to drop in to see if they could help. Out pops Britta and James, who immediately recognize that the low pressure is due to the changing ambient temperature as fall is coming on. They add air to all four tires. Problem solved! Cost= 0$.This is why there is no better BMW service or dealership in the state if not the country! Thanks They actually care about and help their customers!! What a concept! Wish more businesses followed their example!

I wish I owned one of these cars but I dont. However when I went with my friend to get his purple beamer serviced, I experienced what BMW would call their particular type of customer service. They got us an Uber to the gym with a flexible pickup all paid for on the BMW corporate account. Jeremy took good care of us. Highly recommended and something to look forward too in the future.

Avoid the service department at all costs. They cannot fix BMWs reliably. I had problems as simple as noisy wheel bearings that a generic shop fixed in 2 hours yet the SF BMW said they could not find. They gave my car a blessing and 1 week later the steering box was so jammed that I could not make a right hand turn. Not very talented and tend to perform peace-meal work to keep you coming back over and over. More of a typical Santa Fe business model, i.e. unprofessional and amateurish.

Danielle Charlier was my salesperson at Santa Fe BMW. I first met her online when I inquired via email about a new BMW. She met with me at the dealership later that week, took my husband and I for a test drive in a vehicle that we were interested in, and she ended up being the one that sold me the vehicle. Worst dealer ever. Spent three days working out a deal with a salesman. On the third day I tell salesman its GREAT!...We come back two hours later and another salesman, James Day, is selling the car, right in front of us, as we watch, while Brad is out on a test drive with another customer. We were there for an hour waiting for Brad or someone to help us, when we finally get some help, the, (decidedly absent until now), manager, Daniel Masterson, steps in and says, The cars sold, in a rude and abrupt manor. Then disappears back into his office giving NO explanation and treating us with great disrespect. All he had to do was ask, who was here first...or SOMETHING...ANYTHING...other than just dismissing us like that.We were treated equally poorly by the salesman James Day when we were sitting in what we thought was our new car and he approached the car with his customers and, with a scowl on his face, barked at me Were looking at this car. I replied, so are we, but he did bother to ask, who are you working with or, was someone helping you, nothing...discrimination? I am 58 years old yet I was treated like a misbehaving child.My husband is mentally disabled and can be discursive in speech at times. Is this why he was discounted as well?This is not the first time we have felt we have been treated poorly by this dealership. Their main store is in Albuquerque. The management is better there. ....although.... we have contacted them about this horrible experience with their Santa Fe store and their dismissive manager Daniel Masterson and they are offering NO resolve as well. So.....maybe best to go to Colorado Springs or Denver. Whatever you do stay away from Santa Fe BMW. Your just setting yourself up for abuse and disappointment.

I was on my way with my daughter to check out some wireless speakers at Best Buy when I decided to kill some time and check out the new 2015 BMWs. I was welcomed by Britta Sanzone. Despite me telling her that I had no interest in buying or leasing a car, she offered to show me the new 2015s and some 2014 models. I wound up test driving the new 2015 4 series which I quickly decided was too small. As we were chatting on the way back to the showroom and from there to Best Buy, we walked by what soon became my new 2014 528 XI. Britta was extremely helpful in pointing out all of the specs and features on the car. She also was very patient as I vacillated over whether to buy any car. The next thing I knew, my daughter assumed my 2007 328XI and I owned a 2014 528XI. Britta handled the entire sales/purchase process very professionally. She made a normally less than fun experience actually pleasurable and I highly recommend her as your salesperson at Santa Fe BMW. I also thank Alvin and Simon for their assistance.

Last week I had the pleasure of purchasing a used vehicle from the salesman Brad at Santa Fe BMW. The customer experience was exemplary. I had used the wonderful website and had a few possible vehicles selected I wanted to check out in person. Despite being there to only drop around $15,000 for a vehicle (not much for a BMW dealership), the salesman patiently answered every question, no matter how obscure that I asked about each vehicle, from drivetrain to options. He even humored me when I asked to drive, ride in and check out the more expensive BMWs they had, even though he knew I couldnt afford them. The advantages and trade offs of each of my used vehicle selections were patiently discussed with me until I arrived at my decision, a 2008 Subaru Forester. With the shopping experience so positive for me, I was astounded to read another review that described her salesman as pushy. If you act as if you expect to have your butt wiped by the dealer, you probably are not treating the workers with respect. I did not feel presure to buy a car, and when I decided on one, I had significant negotiation room and ended up with a great value on a nice 4 door car with air conditioning to replace my aging Civic. The payment process with the salesman and cashier was quick and painless as well. I had procured competitive financing ahead of time becuase I knew it might not be possible to finance a 6 year old car with the dealership. When I had paid and the car was prepped and pulled up, it looked almost new. The exterior had been freshly washed and waxed, and I noticed that they had removed many dents and dings I had observed earlier. The interior was immaculately detailed, smelled great and had no noticeable dirt or pet hair anywhere. They even topped my gas tank off before I left town. When I drove off, Brad called me to tell me I had left the owners manual on his desk before I had left town. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was warm, friendly and courteous. A previous review said that the General Manager looked and acted like a used car salesman. I respectfully disagree. Daniel was patient, personable and professional in our interactions, and clearly has many, many years of experience in the car business. Also the personal appearances of my salesman, the General Manager, cashier and account people I noticed were clean and professional. For this reason, I seriously doubt that this reviewer ever bought a car here at all. In my experience, I cannot point to a single issue that left a bad taste in my mouth here, not a single negativity. Even as I waited for my new car to emerge from the detail shop, a gentleman brought me coffee in a SF BMW mug for me to keep and gave me a tee shirt with their name and BMW logo. This week I got a letter from the service department telling me they would maintain my Subaru there for a competitive price, even though it is not a BMW. For me, each factor leads me to highly recommend Santa Fe BMW; value, professionalism, courtesy and honesty. Daniel, Lynne, Anita, Brad and James treated me as if I was buying the new M6, even though I drove off in a Subaru. Made it back home no problem in the new car. In short, I will always make the 5 plus hour drive from Flagstaff, AZ, to go to these guys. Thanks Santa Fe BMW.

I first met Britta when I went into Santa Fe BMW to purchase a 2014 225XD wagon. She was friendly, extremwly knowledgable and went to considerable lengths to find me a vehicle. Although I did not purchase the vehicle from her, when I brought it in for the first servicing, she was there, and interested in how we liked the vehicle. When told of our frustration with the I-Drive, she then spent almost an hour teaching us the various I-Drive functions. There was no need for her to do this and I was impressed enough to write this note of graditude. She is a credit to BMW.
