Kodama Construction is all about quality and durability. We needed shade for my wife’s office, which got too hot during summer. We considered having an awning supported by two posts, but when we got the estimate from Kodama for a portal, we found that it was around the same cost, but much more permanent. The owner, Howard Bell, was extremely professional and easy to work with, and one of the calmest persons you’ll ever do business with. The portal blended perfectly with the existing features, and it’s now hard to imagine that it was never there. And most important it did exactly what we wanted it to do: keep my wife’s office cool in summer. I highly recommend Howard and Kodama Construction.

Kodama just finished a bathroom project in our home, where one bathroom was totally gutted and remodeled while the other bathroom was converted from a bath tub to a walk in shower. All the people working for Kodama were very professional and delivered high quality workmanship.
