I have used Santa Fe Storage on Agua Fria for several years, and have been VERY pleased.Kenny and his crew are very helpful, courteous, safety-conscious, and professional.My billing has always been correct and seamless, even as I have moved units several times.I feel my unit is safe, and the facility is always immaculate and accessible. Kudos to these folksfor making this a SUPER storage facility for many. THANK-YOU, Kenny and team. Great job!!

The management team at Santa Fe Self Storage is very professional from Chris, Brandon, Kenny and Brenda, I cannot say enough! I have held a couple of storage lockers with Santa Fe Self Storage for years. From big to small. I feel good knowing they take good care of the place, with constant upgrades, vigilant security and professional service. Just recently, on a Saturday, I forgot to lock my unit. Kenny and Brenda called me to let me know! I appreciate this. They use to have a special, if you told a friend you’d get a discount on your next bill. They stopped doing this, still, I’ll tell my friends to check it out. I can see why they were voted Best Of Santa Fe! Call Kenny or Brenda for your storage needs.

Hello, the previous owners did live in Arizona. I still have the number. Secondly, the person we talked with in Arizona a few months ago may have been the consultant. The fact is the staff is rude. And the price is to much.... when will be the next rent increase 6 months? In my opinion and belief raising prices during a pandemic is bad business.I need to change my mailing address for the storage. I was told I had to do it in writing. The lady that answer the phone last Friday said she would email the document. Today is Monday and I have not received the change of mailing address, yet.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. The staff and management are rude and unprofessional. They keep raising the cost of the storage- 2 times in 1 year. There are other storage locations that charge less. I was sick and almost died the end of March 2021. My sister came from Arizona to care for me. She called over the phone to pay my bill and the manager was rude to her and then hung up on her. We tried calling back several times and he would not answer the office phone. I waited a while and checked my Bank account. The manager never processed my payment for the month. We then called another Santa Fe Self Storage and got the owners number. The owner lives in Arizona and he is very nice. I had a friend call and the manager. The manager answered the phone because he did not know the number. Then on a 3 way call with the manager- He finally processed my payment.

Kenny and his staff are great! Whenever there is an issue, Kenny the manager always take care of it and makes sure that I am satisfied with the end results! Ive been using Santa Fe storage on Aqua Fria for years, I am very happy with how clean and the security that it provides for my unit! : )

Overpriced in my opinion. I paid $50/month for the same size storage room in SW NM. Here in Santa Fe, I didnt get the size storage room I needed without handing over $190. This price included my lock. The actual monthly cost of the storage room is $162/month. Triple what I paid before! Outrageous! The Man who took care of the paperwork was friendly enough but a little self-absorbed.

Stored a vehicle for several months. Easy in and out and very professional management. I felt my auto was always safe and secure. Great experience, very economical, and highly recommended!

Cannot say enough about Kenny and his team I work for the company Rent-A-Center and every single time I have an issue Kenny is always there to help me out and give me the best customer service. I been here for 2 years and have never had any issues especially now with the team Kenny has. I have dealt with other storages in Santa Fe and Albuquerque and by far this one is top number 1 in customer service and always very well kept property. Thank you Kenny and team.
