I have used this office for several years. They have help me with one claim. When our home was struck by Lighting they help us with the paper work . With out them my claim would not have been solved. the paper work is difficult. and the claims department was even more difficult. this office has great personal.

Positive! Great customer service. Keith is quick to respond and address any concerns or discrepancies. He carries the insurance on both our homes, and we feel confident and secure in our decision to let Allstate handle our personal and business insurance.

Terrible customer service with the last lady that handled me. Haven’t received one piece of mail from y’all since I got the policy. Then when I modified my policy and added my daughter to my policy my payment was double what I was quoted. The woman I believe was Lisa FINALLY got back with me and was completely rude and I will NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Ive been with this Allstate agency a long time, actually theyve been with me a long time. They always have time to explain the process or coverage, they dont take a message and promise to call later, at least for my questions, and the people I have spoken to over the years have always been knowledgeable and professional.
