I figured going with a local representative would be in my best interest butwow was I wrong. I got basic liability on an older car to be able to legally move it as needed. I paid my premiums and sold the car a bit later, I made a final billed payment and found out much later that I had been sent to a collection agency for $20.10! I never received a bill for this or a phone call and find such business practices repulsive.

The Varela’s have the best agency I have ever dealt with. Saved me money and have advised me on insurance. I am not a friend - just a happy customer.
