I have lived at Ventana for the past few years.Beautiful landscape yards always neat and clean.. Wonderful location, close too grocery stores, post office walking distance too good restaurants. The Manager,Teresa Arguello is always professional and polite, always has a smile on her face. Teresa has done a great job keeping us all informed of all issues with the Covid-19. Advising us of changes and updates. On special holiday, we all get a sweet card and a small gift on our door, this is so thoughtful of her. Many of us do not have family near us.Also,Artudo Castillo the maintenance supervisor is a polite professional man. We all miss the club house, the meals, visiting with friends. I’m thankful I get to live in a wonderful sweet apartment. I will always recommend Ventana to all my friends and family.

I am so grateful, to have found my new home in this peaceful community! The apartment manager, Teresa, and neighbors have welcomed me warmly, the quietness is a healing balm, and the central location allows for such ease in shopping, errands, and getting out into nature. It is clean and well-lit, making it feel safe for me when I return at nite. My recent call for a minor maintenance need was answered swiftly and respectfully. The walkways were cleared of ice and snow immediately after our first arctic event. I look forward to meeting more of my neighbors when the covid restrictions have been lifted. Until then, I am simply grateful to live here!

I was looking around for an apartment for my father. The manager Teresa is very professional, friendly, informative and very helpful. This is a very beautiful and well-kept community.

I have been living at ventana de vida for almost a year.i have a 1st floir apt, under the most hateful tenant and her name is crystal blackman.in apt822. Then there is jennifer in 821 and walter j quintana in 823.All this year they have caused me so much stress. Im under doctors care for stress taking pills for stress. I have complained to theresa a. The office manager more times that i have lost count. On the week before february i was given notice of vancy, now get this because Im living on the 1st floor and reported that I was too noisey. I Reminded theresa about all the times i had been to the office about the upstairs tenants that I mentioned earlier. Ive had to view television with cc. I am moving at a great inconvenience because money being the main reason. I will be better offat a gated community where im going. On top of it all these three damaged my car to the extent of it being the most scratched ugly. Auto in the parking lot.Now Im driving my graddaughters car and they have stared to vandalize that car also. These three are monsters. I should not be the person leaving it should be them. HELP!
