Ive been working with Chris office for many years. Whether it be auto, home, personal property or life insurance, theyve got me covered. The responsiveness (mostly worked with Chris, Cindy & Jose) has always been fantastic, friendly and right on target. We appreciate the no-pressure offers to review our coverage and explore savings.Not only do they offer insurance, but financial recommendations which challenge us to consider options. We used their auto loan program for our new car purchase in 2018. Not the best rate available, but some of the add-ons made it worth while.I advise scheduling a early, sunny morning in-office visit to receive guidance while overlooking the beauty of the beach and ocean. That has got to be the best insurance office view in all of Santa Cruz.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. It is as close to a scam as any legitimate business could be. They will collect your money and not report your insurance to the DMV. When I found out this was happening they made me pay a registration reinstatement fee. Where did my 6 months worth of insurance go? Who knows? These people are shady and Chris will never talk to you personally. STAY AWAY.

Great Customer Service!!

Current customer and needed to switch to new agent after moving to Santa Cruz. Left 2 messages giving a few days in between and nothing. Got answering machine both times. One message last week and one this week. Bad customer service. Maybe another agent will be more responsive.

Longtime client here 6+ years, very happy with the quality of service, value and professionalism Chris and his team provide.

The worst, they offer a magical quote and for the first 5 months your rates are good then they sky rocket. When you call to ask for help with a claim, they refuse to help you and send your call to a 1-800 number outside of the state. I dont recommend.
