Henry H. is the best realtor in town! He has helped me purchase 2 homes (one in Palmdale and one in Glendale). Both times he made the process extremely efficient and easy, but did not cut corners nor did I feel rushed. To be honest, it took over a year for me to find the perfect home since I am picky and I have commitment issues. Of course that must be super frustrating for any agent, but Henry never pressured us. Henry always maintained top of the line customer service and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and has a calm demeanor. Henry is also a family-oriented person and he takes the time to get to know his clients. We used this company to locate a home in the LA County area to house our international students. Agent Nicole Z. was our agent and she lead us to many options, quick and comfortably. No pressing or pressuring! unfortunately things did not go through. The only reason we do not leave 5 stars is because we were unable to complete the transaction. Our International Student Off Campus Program is still being cleared.

Agents put the property on the MlS and sit back and incur the benefits?! 2.5% commission by the way is around $12,500. This company Assist2Sell will sell your home for less than half that!
