I love Lauren! My hair isnt much to write home about, but I am picky! She cuts it just the way I want it. Too many hair cutters do what they want, regardless of what I ask. Go see Lauren! I will never go anywhere else.

Kaylee is the best! Shes amazing and does a even more amazing job on hair! Ive had almost all my family go to her. I dont know much about the rest of the salon but she makes my drive over an hour away worth it everytime!

I love this place I always go there to get manicures and sometime pedicures.Employee April she always does a great job on my nails and when she gives a pedicure she gives really good foot and calf massages because she used to be a licensed massage therapist before she came to tresor salon

The place is nice so as the staffs they are friendly and kind.I went here to have some manicure and pedicure.The design is unique and irresistible.Ill the haircut is nice their suggestion fit me well.

I called looking for a stylist that is good with short fine hair. The person who answered the phone put me on hold to ask the stylists who would be able to help me. When she came back to the phone she told me that Cary would be the right person to do what I wanted. The day of the appointment, I told her that I needed the top left long enough to cover a scar that I got from a car crash and I needed the back cut short to give it shape. She replied to my request about the scar by telling me that she had another client with a scar much worse than mine like I was being scolded for being concerned about my “little scar”. She cut the hair that covers the scar nearly 2 inches too short and then left the part I wanted cut short super long so it has no shape at all. She let me look at it before I left but she had so much wax in it from styling it that I couldn’t tell how bad it was and by then it was too late because she couldn’t glue the hair back on. I’m so self conscious of my scar and it brings back such painful memories I cry every morning trying to cover it up. I tried to schedule another appointment to see if she could at least give the back some shape but she would only communicate through texts and she would take days to respond. I asked if a different stylist could help me but since they are all independent contractors they don’t like to help other stylist’s clients. Cary should have just been honest and admitted that she doesn’t really know how to cut short hair or at least apologized for what she did to me but she didn’t say anything. The salon won’t even return my calls. It is the worst haircut I’ve ever had and I’m embarrassed to even go to work.I have since been threatened with legal action by the owner for the defamatory reviews:“Your remarks of Facebook are clearly defamatory. I would hate to have to get lawyers involve.”

I just had my hair done by Sara! I love how kind and open she is I got exactly what I was looking for! She pays attention to detail and makes you feel great!

Very nice salon. Dori makes my gel nails last up to 5 weeks. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
