Horrible service. Our car broke down on the road. I called this service. A mechanic arrived to make a diagnosis. At first, when they called, they said that they have towing, then it turned out that he was not there. OK. After the diagnosis, the mechanic said that the car should not be made into a service on the road and repair would take one day. We agreed. Timing is important to us. Damage to the fuel filter and repair will take about 6 hours. He ordered a fuel filter while saying that he would pick up the broken one, we tried to insist that we would like to pick up the faulty fuel pump ourselves. He insisted that he would not give him up. I asked estimated to know how much the repair would cost me. The owner provided it after 2 days with great reluctance. I requested that the payment be transferred immediately. In the estimated amounts were that he could not clearly explain what the payment is for. And if we do not pay, he will not repair the truck. He promised to provide a photo of the repair report that he will do and resets. Including papers on the new fuel pump. As a result, he did the car for almost a week. And when I installed the new fuel pump, gaskets and hoses, it turned out that the cause of the breakdown was in the sensor. And that wasn’t all. I paid for the work and spare parts that were not even replaced !!! In the service they crushed me a car. After I took my truck from this terrible place, I began to drive the engine oil after they were repaired and the “new gaskets” were installed. When I re-drove the car to a different place for service, it turned out that no fuel pump had changed and everything was worth it. Even the gaskets are all old. This miracle service did not provide any papers. I gave this dude who, as a result, also scolded me a lot of money just to quickly pick up his car from there. I strongly recommend that you guys bypass this service and advise your friends the same. Especially if you are from another state. The owner will just have you and the payment for work and spare parts that you can not even replace.

Lied to try and sell us a $2500 part... got super angry when i asked him to read the codes on the vehicle and claims if he says its that, thats what it is... thats not what it ended up being,but in reality i just needed my codes read and would pay for that

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Whatever you do dont go to this place, unless you want to be paying extra and be treated poorly by the mechanic. The mechanic that worked on my truck would start working at 12PM and overcharged the parts. He would disconnect plugs from the truck on purpose to give false diagnostics in order to charge me more. Once he sent me the bill, I called him to discuss some concerns I had and he was not willing to listen, to the point were he hung up on me multiple times. He tried to charge me for towing which I had previously paid for already, luckily he took that off. However, numerous parts were overcharged, labor was also overcharged (did not want to tell me how many hours he worked on it after I asked various times) and got charged 1300 for other which he did not even clarify what that was for. Nevertheless, I paid him to get my Truck out of there ASAP and after I paid him he did not let my truck go for a while! Mind you both of my drivers were there and it had been a week since the truck was broken. Yet, he did not seem to care at all. In short: terrible experience. Highly recommend TO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Excellent place for heavy duty trucks. The owner is so honest. Mechanics are also so hard working. I recommend everyone to try this place, next time you will definitely visit them.

Worst place to buy/repair a truck from!!!! Overpriced, unorganized, unprofessional and horrible work. The management should go take some business classes or just find another profession.

One of our trucks had a flat tire out in Santa Clarita. We called American Truck Parts & Repair and they came to the rescue. Within an hour and a half the tire was fixed and we are very happy! I definitely recommend a company that can do the job as promised and make the whole transaction easy too.

Worst place ever!! Micky mouse job. I went to Get my coolent leak fixed it was a max 2hr job!! They charged me 10ours that turned out to be 1,000$ worst place ever he noticed I was from out of state and I was desperate to get it fixed. And he didint even install the clamp for the hosing right!! It was all loose I had to tighten it myself!!

I been going the American truck parts i bought 1st time the breaks and drums very good price and i go 2nd time fix my truck they have well trande mahenics and they do fix my check engine light i go many shop but they charged only and never resolve the fault but here Ravi Fix my All codes they Replaced 2 sensor and it fixed they have very good labor price they done all work only and$409.00 labor i highly recommend go the this shop they have very good computer and very good Mahenics very helpful people
