Horrible company; be wary of doing business with this company. Our car broke down while on the I-5 freeway near Lebec, CA. They took over 4 hours to get to us and the entire time lied about everything. First, the dispatcher claimed that AAA never contacted them when we initially called. Then she would not give us an ETA at all. She even had the audacity to become upset with us when we kept calling her to get an ETA! It was getting dark and we had a young child with us. Of course, we are calling to see where they were.Several hours later as it is getting dark and our situation became bleaker, a person calls us claiming they are with another towing company and they were coming to pick us up. We told them that Panorama is on its way. The person then tells us that whoever arrives first will get the tow. We later learned that they were calling from the same company (the two phone numbers were similar), however did this because they realized that they were well outside the promised time frame to pick us up. Before the truck arrives, the company call us and demands that we pay a $300 deposit before they would even come. We didn’t know which company it was at that point because the dispatcher claimed to be with the second company. As we knew we had no choice and would be on the side of the road in the dark, we assured the company that we would pay the deposit when they arrive. Please note the dispatcher told us that they were not sending the driver until we indicated that we would pay them. They had us in 110-degree heat and the dispatcher had not even dispatched the tow truck driver!Finally, 4.5 hours after our call, the Panorama tow truck picks us up and tows our vehicle. They overcharged us for the tow and charged a convenience fee twice when they only offered one way to make the payment. Of course, the dispatcher claimed she had no control over the convenience fee. The dispatcher was horrible and reflects the type of company they are. It seems like they have a lot to say when someone leaves a negative review (they have many negative reviews). Their time would be better spent trying to improve their companys practices. Do business with this company at your own risk or not at all.

AAA hired this company to tow me and was given an original hour estimate @6:48 pm and after 2 hours no one showed up. Tried calling company multiple times and no one picked up. AAA then contacted another company which picked up my car within 30 minutes. Do not waste your time even contacting this business because who knows if they’ll even show up. Unsure how they are still in business after all these reviews I’ve seen.

AAA call this company to come give me a tow, they never showed up. I call the dispatcher, she lie to me and said AAA never call in a tow for me. witch was lie, when I call AAA back they told me a driver, came looking for me, witch was a lie. Why didnt the diver call me. if he really came looking for me these people left me and my family on the 5 fwy to die . Unprofessional and Lazy.!!

After reading all the negative reviews and experience the same thing on my own I cancel the service I was given an eta of 3 to 4 hours after 12 hours and my vehicle still at the same place that I left it. Decided to call someone else that got to my truck within an hour window.

Called for road service 2/8/21 at 7.30 pm Lebec rest area Southbound, rear trailer marker lights not working, after walking around the trailer did not find anything wrong, checked the fuses on the truck two fuses were blown,changed the fuses gave the driver 2 xtra ones. charged me $873.00 dollar;s,, total rip off, try avoiding this company as much as you can.

Scam ! Bait & switch.USAA Roadside assistance sent them to me after my Dodge Ram started overheating. USAA informed me that the Radiator shop I wanted to go to was 4 miles over what they would pay for and I would need to pay Panorama $22. After over an hour waiting Panorama called me and wanted credit card for $40, I gave to them. Driver finally came in tow truck not flatbed ( Will break auto transmission if engine not running ) after tow Driver said they needed $150 for the overage and they didnt get/charge my card ( lie ) after Calling USAA I paid him $60 ( they got $100 for 4 mile overge )

Never happened to me something like this today 04/13/20I called Panorama Towing Services for help to pull my truck and trailer from the mud and the fees were $2,135.00 just to pull me out.@ first time when i called ., They told me $375.00 to pull out of the mud.But when the towing truck arrived., he told me it will be $2,135.00To tell you the true i got in shock for a moment w/o saying anything.After 30 minutes., He told me $250.00 just to go and confirmed me it will be $250.00 just to go there and tell me it will be $2,135.00 for the service if i want them to pull my truck and trailer out of the mud.Provably is not their fault., They love to treat people this way., I think we have to blame our self to leave business to treat us like this..I did have to wait for a better price and finally i found it ., it did cost me $600.00 and it was worthy.We the carriers ., We need to stop this kind of people treat us like sh..Definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND OR REFER THIS TOWING COMPANYI have been robbed today!!!

Terrible service. Gave a 90min ETA originally. 2 hours later we called asking where they were and they said it would be another hour. Then 30mins after that the tow truck driver himself called our driver and said he would be another 2 and a half hours because he had to find someone to watch his kids. Terrible communication. After having to pay $200+ to get our car dropped, the tow-truck driver tried towing another car that was clearly stopped in front of their own driveway. He then drove away calling the community a ghetto.I’ll be contacting our apartment management and request we use a fair, less racist company that doesn’t prey on its tenants.And I advise Panorama Tow to pay their employees a fair wage and discourage their drivers from extorting good citizens.

They are scammers and thieves, quoting one price on a job then changing it at the end once my truck was at the dealership. We had a 61 miles tow from Acton to Inland Kenworth in Montebello. The first guy I spoke with to start the tow quoted me $200/hr and that is all. I agreed to it but was NEVER told of the port to port fee of 4 hours minimum time. After the tow truck driver was quick and professional hooking, driving and dropping the truck at Kenworth.At the start of the call I told the representative the dimensions and specification of our truck and he said he would send a truck for this. The tow truck was to small and my driver had 2 hours of his time wasted and I was charged for them sending the wrong truck out $200. The larger tow truck didnt arrive until 3 hours later, but then was quick with his service. At the dealership however, the knew representative, Lety, was holding my truck hostage until I paid over $2600 for a 61 mile tow. Now the hourly rate was raised to $250/hr at 8 hours of service with 4 hours being port to port, which they never informed me about till the end, and they charged for FCS fee of over 400$. In the end I was forced to pay their exaggerated prices or have my truck impounded, even though paying the greater than $2600 bill will force me go into debt to pay my bills and rent.It would have been cheaper for me to use Pepe Towing from Montebello to Acton back to Montebello and wait 2 hours than it was using this scam of a company, as Pepe quoted me $1500 for the same service.TLDR;-Fraud company, quote one price but charges another.-Holds your truck hostage if you dont pay.-Adds fees and extra charges even if it was their mistake of sending the wrong truck-They never informed you of their extra charges or minimum hourly rates until after they have taken your truck to its drop off location.

This place is the worst ever. Very expensive. They do not explain themselves correctly. When you call the number thinking it is a local office be careful! They have 5 other locations and they will charge you port to port at $200 an hour plus $2.00 for every mile. From Bakersfield it took 6 hours round trip. We all know how long it takes to get to Bakersfield. Dont use. I recommend ANY other towing company around.

TOTALLY ROBBED! I sent one of my trucks here to have a door repaired and instead of saying they couldnt fix it, they just removed the cable and charged me $175 for doing nothing! The girl was rude and disrespectful. I am part of a 5 company network and you can bet I am sending this to all my companies to avoid using this company. Its crazy! They say they can fix the problem, they couldnt fix it, (which happens sometimes) but still charge me $175?! what a joke! I wish I could give negative stars on this. Insurance scammers brought the wrong tow truck for the job.
