The hotel phone console Mitel Superconsole 1000 had critical buttons that stopped functioning correctly. I called American Telebrokers and spoke with Chris who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the process of receiving a replacement phone console that had been completely refurbished and shipped it out the same day. Upon receiving it a few days later, my staff and I were very impressed as it looked like new and everything was functional. Highly recommend American Telebrokers for any business phone system repair or support.

American Telebrokers scam telephone sellers online. American Telebrokers buy good phones online and request to return after they receive good phones. This is what they sent back to me. Totally trash. They think they can hide online and continue doing what they did?

Totally scammers. Warning all telephone sellers on eBay who might start a transaction with American Telebrokers Inc. I sold them 50 Mitel 5300 telephones for $18 each. They were tested and packaged in thick boxes and sent over to them. They received on Wednesday morning, and on Friday afternoon they sent me an email saying 45 out of 50 were totally damaged, and immediately locked PayPal transaction by opening a case in PayPal against. Its basically like a honest eBay seller sold an iPhone 8 completed tested working, and they told eBay that they received a brick Nokia phone with broken LCD screen. The message is to all sellers and buyers, especially sellers. Avoid avoid avoid American Telebrokers.
