Sadly, Randy was not able to recover the data that I very efficiently lost, but it was a pleasure working with him, nonetheless. He tried hard, was clearly disappointed with me, and charged only a nominal fee for his time. Randy was super helpful in getting me speedy results for repairing and cloning my external hard drive.Im so appreciative that i found him after fat guy bald guy really dropped the ball on my repairsIt was a bit pricey but he was upfront about cost and i really needed dinnertime who knew what they were doing.
