I am new to the Santa Clarita area and I’m very particular about my hair and how it’s cut. I’m always nervous going to a New Barber, this place is probably the coolest barbershop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to shops from New York to Los Angeles. Super chill atmosphere great people, RonB cut my hair and it’s was some absolutely awesome. I definitely found my shop. Asks for Ron.

Scheduled 2:30 with Ronnie. Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time only for Ronnie to tell me it will be another 20 minute wait because her last appointment ran late (Ronnie hadnt even started the late customers cut). Next Ronnie tells me to talk with the other customer if Im unhappy with the wait and tells me to leave if I dont like it.Not my responsibility to manage your other appointments or to talk with your other customersExtremely rude staff that doesnt understand the purpose of appointments.
