I heard about Reginald through my fiancé because I was getting charged way too much at AAA insurance and when I emailed reginald he responded so fast and answered all my questions! He was honestly very helpful and helped me get a cheaper deal for my insurance! I am so grateful he was able to help me out not only that but I got my brother to get insurance with him too for his new Toyota he just bought and helped my brother out too!

Horrible customer service. Scammer. When asking for documents Reginald will not give direct answers. For example, I decided to cancel my insurance policy with him and for some reason he would not send me documents for proof. He told me he’d call me right back when it’s done and three days went by with no call. Then Reginald had said that he sent me the documents to sign, one hour went by and no email. I then called and asked for that email again and Reginald said “oh no, actually it’s all taken care of, you’re good” with no signature and no proof of documents. This isn’t the first time Reginald has done weird stuff either.
