Havent had a conversation about my car insurance is years but recently have been meaning to speak with someone regarding my policy and rate. I spoke with Edgar today and he made sure to give me some perspective on my coverage and based on our conversation we were able to reduce my rate. Granted it was based on changes in my own life/driving habits and some expectations were set for the year moving forward but overall I was very satisfied with the call and Edgar was very helpful.
