Definitely don’t recommend storing your items here if you would like to get them back. My experience with storing them here as a college student:1. They were unable to confirm if they had my road bike, and said they had no idea where it was. They mentioned I might have to file a claim because maybe they lost it. A week later when I asked them again, they explained they mixed it up with a backpack that had been withdrawn earlier. (??)2. They scheduled an appointment with me for a specific date but never sent a confirmation. When I called a couple days prior to confirm, they had no record and offered me their next appointment nearly two weeks later. They said it was impossible to pick up my things in person (or have them delivered) any time before.3. When I called later to confirm the newly offered appointment, they said they would have to submit a help ticket. They again sent no confirmation via email. I asked if I could just schedule it directly right then, and the support lady got agitated and dropped the call.Seriously, I don’t understand how this company functions as a viable business. Do they have a monopoly or something? There’s got to be another company nearby that can do better than this.
