Manager was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. Process took some time as it was complex, but he made the calls and got everything working. Porting a phone number got tense, but he had the contacts to assure it worked out.Thanks.

Beware of this place. They lied to me to make $20.I went to this store thinking that it was a regular Verizon store (not an authorized retailer) because I needed help activating my phone and was told that the regular stores do it for free.When I asked for help with the activation, the employee on shift, Jose, told me it would be a $20 fee for setup. I asked him if the store was one of the main Verizon stores and he assured that it was. Surprised, I told him about how I heard that activation was free at the main stores, to which he replied he didnt know.I was about to go through with the activation and pay the fee when I spotted Victra on his name tag (though it was hardly anywhere else in the store, if it was at all) and figured out that I was lied to. I decided not to do the activation and will find an actual Verizon store to do it.

EJ was hella chill, polite and helpful. When he was alone with me, my dad, and 2 other men, he kept his cool and went back and forth, helping all of us.My problem is the store is small, and has 1 little table for 4 people to sit at, so if you plan of transferring data over from an old device onto a new one, it takes FOREVER, so theres nothing much to do and if that table is taken, you may just have to sit in your car or something... although it may be because of the pandemic...

Was in a pinch, had a insurance replaced phone and could not get it activated. During the Covid pandemic, not a lot of places are open that can help, or you gotta make an appointment. I stopped in his store and asked if he could help and didn’t hesitate at all. Darien got me taken care of in 10-15 minutes all set up, even helped me pick a phone case. SOLID dude. Definitely didn’t NEED to help me since I didn’t have an appointment but he did and I’m grateful.

EJ was polite, helpful and patient. There was an issue with the iPhone credits we had and it took much longer than expected to buy the iPhone.However, EJ was so patient and used his resources to solve the problem.

Very good customer service at this location. They have multiple staffs working so you dont need to wait long. Hans helped me was I was here. He was very helpful and was able to quickly set up my prepaid plan. I recommend going here for fast service.

Very friendly and helpful gang. Not a Verizon owned store, so they seem to be a little more inclined to value customer satisfaction. Helped me upgrade the Android OS on a Verizon Samsung Tablet that would only update with a SIM card in place. Verizon owned stores wouldnt do it for me unless I enrolled in a plan. These guys helped me. Ill be back to buy my phones as a reward.

This shop is not professional. The manager Tania misguided customers about qualifying for the $100 switching credit to Verizon without buying a new phone.I am one of the victim, who is currently a t-mobile customer, and would like to switch to Verizon for the $100 switching credit. It is not very clear in the Verizon website if you need to buy a new phone to get the $100 switching credit. She told other customers including me that I could get the credit if I port the number. So I believed, and paid off my phone from t-mobile in order to unlock the phone. Fortunately, I went to another Verizon store to check. Both this store and online Verizon chat said that the switching credit only applies to buying a new phone and porting the number. When I came to her office yesterday, she still thought that buying a new phone is not necessary, and could not even find out the answer until today. She should have known how to qualify for the promotion in the first place.Due to her unprofessionalism, I ended up paying off the phone 14 months early.Updated: The store manager Tania called me and offered to give me an additional $100 account credit if I trade in the phone and switch. Her attitude is very good. I appreciate the way that she would try hard to make customer happy. I signed the paper work today, and waiting for the new phone.

Ive been visiting this Verizon retailer for over three years. Maria helped me initially on the phone, and EJ helped curbside during the actual pick up process. I got everything set up on my own, but I know I can call with any questions! I much prefer getting in touch with them at the store.

*updateShort wait time and excellent service. Cassidy made a couple of solid recommendations that saved me time and money.* updateWas really excited writing the first review but it all came crashing down when I looked at the fine print. I came in with questions about issues i was having with my new phone.Cassidy and company attempted to sell me a new phone (already have a new phone under warranty) and sign me into a new contract with a lower monthly payment. It all sounded great till I realized they were lowering my data plan to squeeze in the monthly expense of a new phone with a total cost of $800 over a period of time. After rejecting their song and dance they hastily gave me the number for warranty replacement and informed me I would receive a new phone in 1-2 business days. But not without the stern warning/scare tactic that the mfg rejects most claims and will charge you for the full price of the phone.

Scam Artists at work! Dont waste your time here. Go to the actual Verizon Wireless store 10 minutes down Stevens Creek in Cupertino. Dont give you the contract until youve signed on the electronic pad and sell you accessories you dont need, which they say is included with a phone purchase but is not- so they hide the contract. 2 hours to get the phone, so they get you when your tired and ready to leave. Enter at your own risk!

I do not recommend this retailer. They were not transparent with me on cancellation fees for a tablet purchase where I was charged a $150 cancellation fee from Verizon (OK, makes sense) and then received a collection notice from a law firm (not this retailer) stating I owed also this retailer $150 dollars as well. The fact this double charge detail was left out of the discussion and collection was sent directly to a law firm is disappointing.

Do not go to this store unless you want to wait several hours and pay extra fees that Verizon does not charge you. This is a Victra Store not Verizon even though it has Verizon signs. It is very deceiving.
