Worst experience servicing my infiniti with this new ownership dealer. Quotes provided over phone & in actual when on-site are much different.I took another chance besides experiencing quote differential previously to service my Infiniti a weeks ago. It was a major service estimated to take 4-5 hours of completion. We (me & my wife) were advised by service consultant that cant wait that long at the facility during service and no loaner available for us. I have to call Uber on my expense for in & out from this dealership.No coffee or refreshments available at the facility.Finally, arrived to pick my car when service was done. I was charged for tire rotation when it was never performed. Lame excuses thrown by service consultant for not being notified when reported.I was refunded $14 for tire rotation not being performed when service charges were $40.This made my end of journey with this dealership in future.
Dont try calling them. I noticed, after calling them more than 5 times, is to keep transferring you or keeping you on hold.
Convenient location. High price for services and advisor will try to recommend things that are not really needed by the car. Shown room is nothing like what it is supposed to be for a luxury brand.

Brought in my 2015 Q50 for 45K service and an AC issue. The advisor, Robert de Leon, was professional, clear, and transparent in explaining the diagnosis of the AC problem. The work was completed on time, the was AC fixed, and my overall my experience with Stevens Creek Infinity was highly satisfactory.
Visited the new Stevens Creek Infiniti, which is under new ownership in a new location, right next door to Stevens Creek Nissan. Service was fast and offered a nice waiting area they answered all my question good free coffee bar and have a great selection of new cars.
