Had the best experience with the owner (Wade) and his wife (Esma) I could have asked for. I brought my 2015 Audi A3 in for a suspected coolant leak and Wade was able to take a look within a couple hours to confirm and give me a quote. All the time while he had the car he either called or texted (with pictures) to give me updates and offered to provide a rental. With the pictures he also gave a clear description of what he was doing and why he needed to replace certain parts, and discussed with me to make sure I was aware with what he was planning to do. When I came in to see the car he again walked through what he had to do and why. Seems to have had a lot of experience with the Audi/Mercedes/BMW brands. When I came to the shop each time Esma was quick to check me in and give an update before Wade saw me and also gave the car a very thorough clean when it was done which is much appreciated. The level of hospitality and customer service cannot be overstated, there was a genuine care for me as a customer.Will definitely be going back here if I have to get my car checked out for any reason.

Excellent service! My Mercedes had an error message saying that all of my back lights had burnt out. They were able to have me come right in and investigate. It was simply burnt bulbs, but they did say, should the error return, that it could be the circuit board and they could order the part and replace it ASAP. I am very happy with the very friendly crew!

Wade was fantastic. I was looking into a used German model and bright it in for him to look at. I know very little about cars and nothing about foreign brands; he answered all my questions and gave his honest assessment: it wasn’t a good car to buy. A couple weeks later I brought in another one I was looking at and he again reviewed it and said it looks great and he recommended it.His honesty and good communication saved me from buying a car that would have been a nightmare for maintenance. I greatly appreciate his willingness to talk and will definitely be bringing my new car back to him in the future for regular maintenance.

Too bad they wouldnt service my American truck here. There guys are hard working, sincere, honest and know their stuff when it comes to serving my car. I highly recommend.

We had a burning smell in the car. Just googled the near by open shop and went to this place. Even though they service only german cars, mine was Nissan altima (I travelled with my little one) and they realized the urgency and immediately looked at the problem without any hesitation on top of it they dint charge me anything. There’s nothing worse than your car’s battery dying one the weekend of Thanksgiving and you have to jump start it three times before replacing it. Luckily for me, this shop was opened and after making a phone call and talking to the owner about my car problems, he was quick to let me come in on a Saturday and replaced it for a reasonable price. I would recommend the shop to anyone for their expertise on German cars and outstanding personal customer service.

I had a series of unfortunate events and someone hit my BMW 328i (passenger side mirror). I thought the damage was bad but Wade confirmed it was only the mirror that needed replacement. Wade was quick to order the parts needed and quick to call when the part arrived. If I ever have other repairs needed, I’ll definitely be back.For honest, quick, quality service, I’d highly recommend this place.

Wade is an amazing human being!I was at Thunderhill Raceway for a trackday, a few hours away from home, and my 2011 335i rear power window regulator broke without any warning with the window fully open on a weekend with no repair shops that were open close by. I must be the luckiest person in the world as I just happen to pit next to Wade and his wife, who just happened to be an owner of Master Automotive, a repair shop specializing in German motors, who just happened to be located about 10 min from my house in Santa Clara. Talk about serendipity!Without knowing who he was, I happen to mention in passing that I had to figure out a way to repair this window before driving back to Santa Clara. He told me who he was and his business and magnanimously offered to help me get it temporarily addressed and then fix it fully when we were back in town. So, he took time out of his track day to take apart the door panel and get the window closed and taped up. If you are a track day enthusiast, you know the last thing you want to do is work on your day out – we come to track day to get away from our daily grind. He was a life saver, and it could’ve ended right there, but he asked me to come by and get it fully repaired! I gave him my VIN number and he had the replacement part ordered.The next day, Monday, he tells me to drop by as the regulator had come in overnight. He then took his own time to fix my window, a guy who as an owner doesn’t directly work on cars often. And all I had to do was pay for the replacement part! A >$400 job that he charged me only $100! How generous! He did a great job and the window now works as good as new. I am very lucky and grateful to have met Wade, and thankful he was able to help me out of a jam so graciously. He looks to have a great shop and competent staff and I definitely will be bringing my car here for any repair/service job it requires.

It is so difficult to find an honest and trustworthy auto shop much less an Audi repair shop. After a few failed encounters with some less than stellar results we found Master Automotive. One of the best Audi repair shops we have been to in California. With much much better customer service than others, especially the dealer.

My Mercedes had a check engine light for a common problem of intake manifold, the shop diagnosed and serviced it efficiently. Service, quality and price was great too compared to big dealership

These guys are awesome. Ive them taken care of my BMWs for quite a few years. I think they are always honest, trustworthy and, of course, experts on German cars.

I have been taking our family cars to Master Automotive for the last 19 years. Thats right since 1996.There are some people you want a good relationship with and that includes your doctor, dentist, and yes car mechanic. There are so many issues that come up with cars, you need someone you can trust and that is why I take my, my wifes car as well as now my grown kids take their cars to Master Automotive.Wahid is a gentlemen, he always has a smile on his face, usually on roller blades and is very generous. He (and his mechanics including Waly) is a professional and knows his stuff I am one of those kinda nice guys too and I hate to see people being trashed or taken advantage off. He has always been very patient and accommodating.When I look at reviews of anything I try to get a balance and not pay attention to the few negative reviews. I see there are at least a few negative ones but there are many positive ones.What I have discovered with cars (and computers) is there is always something up with them. You either pay upfront for a new car or you pay on the backend with older cars for repair. Wahid has done repairs at times and at other times told me it is not worth doing especially on an old car.This is not to say Wahid and his mechanics are perfect, they are human beings after all. Given the option to go to the dealer or other unknown entity it is a no-brainer for me to go to Master Automotive. If you want quality reliable work for a German car at a good price, go to Wahid. If you want cheap, go else where. You cant have both and if you are driving a nice German car, then for its upkeep you have to spend on it.Cheap and quality dont go together, sorry thats the way the world works.This is not a paid advertisement, it is just something heartfelt. I believe the world spins because of kind and generous people and Wahid at Master Automotive is one of them.
