Don’t wait for their help. I called them for a battery jump service and the girl on the other end said the technician will get back to me. After awhile I got a call and was told I will be helped within 40 minutes. Waited 3 hours no one got back to me or showed up at the provided address. They shouldn’t take such responsibility upon themselves.
