I e been going to this shop for months and in the beginning I thought they were punctual and service as great but as the months went by the service and the work they’ve done on my vehicles started getting really bad. I have a bmw 330 ci that they’ve been working on for months now and every time I had a problem I would bring it here and each time I brought it back Jeff and his workers would tell me that my car would be done in a day or two anyhow I come back and still not done. So Jeff would tell me that they are to busy that I would have to bring it back another day. To many issues with my cars after they worked on it as a matter of fact my bmw motor is now at another shop so I can get it repaired cuz the motor blew up

Very unorganized in timeAlso i needed to check some bolts under my car, i asked him can i go under the lifter, he said ok! I was checking and asked him please tight some nut here that are loosen, he said, ok ok ok!!... finally they didn’t! So i have to take the car again to another shop and time loosingAlso they made my carpet dirty!

When you get here, hell tell you to change parts for the car ASAP, exaggerating the possibility of all accidents happening. You dont accept this and go to the dealer to make sure its necessary or notDont get ripped off by this shamless lier like I did! Dont make the mistake of trusting him with your vehicle. He changed parts of my car and charged $3400 in the next day.

ZERO STARS! This guys is a lying thief!! Dont make the mistake of trusting him with your vehicle. I came here to get my AC fixed and not only does he not manage to NOT fix It after I wasted three separate days leaving it with him but the guy charged me for work that he didnt even do and parts he never installed. He even tried to lie and tell me that his workers just didnt wipe the fluid off of the leaking hose he was supposed to have replaced. Dont get ripped off by this shady lier like I did!

I would give zero stars but I cant I took my car there cause the check engine light was on and he right away said it was the transmission and it would cost 2000 dollars and then another 1000 for another part. I left in tears cause I couldnt afford that and I just bought the car with all my savings. So I got a referral to another mechanic and he said it wasnt the transmission and only charged me 600 dollarsI had been going to Jeff for years and never in a million years would have expected him to rip me off . But he almost did, I just didnt have that kind of money at that time .I felt very betrayed DONT GO HERE HE IS A THIEF AND A LIER . Thank God for my new mechanic 🙏 He never tries to rip me off. Jeff you suck.

Cant fix my window to roll up right. Truck still smells like gas even after 3 weeks, and engine light started flashing again right after I picked up.

This place is not responsible what they said they going to do what a ripoff they are it took 3months and put broken pieces and patched with each work on hood hahaha

He has no professionalism, uses chinky-san parts, uses strange engine oil without a brand, and ruins the parts that can be fixed. Even today, one acquaintance was in trouble here.Engine oil + mission oil + brake fluid + filter I paid more than 400 dollars to change the filter, but I was in a bad mood, so I asked where I went and said here.... Under the same conditions, my minivan didnt cost $400. Ill wrap it up and dry it. Please filter here. It is against Koreans, especially those who do not know much about tea. On the outside, its kind, but the result is terrible, and above all, I dont like trying to get rid of damage and take more wages. Dont do business like that.

Do not trust them. Research it. If you dont know about the car well, then this is the place you must avoid. They ripped the customers off but do not fix the car properly. They charged $310 labor fee to replace the air filter. They made me pay over $2700 like this for a regular conditioned vehicle. They said they replaced power steering pressure hose and fluid and also the fluid flush, but I found out that these were not repaired when I took the car to an authorized service center. I was too stupid that I trusted them just because they spoke Korean well. The only reason I give two stars because they once fixed my trunk lever real quick without making an appointment and Jeffs garage sold me their business ethics and credibility real cheap. Now I only go to an authorized service center like before. To replace the air filter, I was charged $310 for the lab only. When I left the car for basic maintenance, it made me pay a total of $2700 for the repair. I was good at speaking Korean, so I trusted it, but... its my fault that I didnt check each one properly when paying the cost. I was so naive. Parts that are not parts of the vehicle brand, and even parts that have been replaced are not listed on the invoice. The details you wrote down on the invoice are completely absurd. The cost of the laborer and the parts were not correct, and the place that was repaired under replacement was re-checked at the official service center, and there was a problem, so in the end, I had to replace & repair the same part again. I decided to fix it at an official service center to fix it anyway. Jeffs Garages boss and staff were kind, so I didnt expect it to be like this at all, but I was naive. If you dont know much about the car, you can leave it here, and youll be caught like me. The reason I gave two stars is that I had the trunk lever quickly repaired here without a reservation. If you look at this review, wont the boss know who I am? I bought the bosss credit and conscience cheaply. Now I only go to the official service center as before.

She was kind on the outside, but the result was disappointing. I exchanged tires for a while, as if I would exchange them for Korea, Kumho, and Michelin, and after receiving $270 for two front wheels, I saw them exchanged for a $40 Mile Star. I couldnt protest because I was busy returning home at the time, but Im always worried about the child who rides the car. If the boss or official sees this article, please exchange it again!
