I had such a wonderful experience after searching for a good place to go for a while! He went out of his way to make sure I had the part I needed at a reasonable price and helped fix my old car! Definitely HIGHLY recommend going here for any car troubles/check-ups.

This place is fantastic! I brought my car over for some damage on the undercarriage. There was no charge to evaluate the vehicle (the dealership wanted over $200 just to take a look). Instead of simply pushing an expensive repair, I was given less expensive options. I ended up deciding to order a new part all together and was told the car would be ready in just a couple hours! Mo even gave me a ride back to my house so that I could wait there while he worked on the car! When the bill came, it was half as much as I had expected to pay, with most of it being the cost of the replacement part. His charge for labor was so low that I almost felt guilty! This is a place that REALLY cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great service experience.

All my transactions with him were efficient and cost-friendly that I referred him to friends and family. I hate when my bmw stop working, but I always take it to Babylon i know they will fix it in short time and less money, theyre trustworthy highly recommended.

The worst service Ive experienced in bay area. I would give 0 star if possible. Not a friendly staff! He asked 85 bucks for 10-15 min inspection which you can get for free or cheaper price in other auto shops. I would not recommend this place.

Just moved to the area and needed to get my oil changed. Babylon was conveniently close by, quick, and fairly priced but also the man who helped me was super nice! He even filled up my tires since one was getting low. I think these guys will be my go to mechanic :)

I brought my car for check engine, they fixed it so quick i was surprised how quick and professional they are!! Highly recommended for everyone.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they estimated 1.5 to 2 hours. They called 2 hours later and I was able to pick up my car. I was very satisfied with the job they did!

Not a good experience at all. You can find the legit auto shops nearby with better service. The guys attitude was so aggressive to me.

They were the only mechanic that was open on Saturday that:1. Answered my phone call2. Actually gave me rough quotes for everything I needed done. (No, other Mechanics, I will not drive to 15 places for a basic quote)3. Could perform everything I needed done. (New tires, new handle, electronics diagnostic, STAR smog check)They were also very reasonable priced. Babylon will get my business again.

Went there for oil change this afternoon. Moe, the owner, was very helpful. He worked on my car even when there were 3 other cars in his shop. Friendly and great service. He even helped top up other fluids without extra charge. In and out under 15 min. Will go back again.

I went to do oil change at Babylon Auto. I was so pleased with the service. Everything went so easily and quickly. Surely, I will go back again and again for any car related issues.Prices are so low. The quality of the oil was great. Most importantly, the stuff were very polite and friendly.

This place is a scam. I went in to get my Evap Leak fixed and they didn’t even check to figure out where it was. They took the easy way out. I told them it wasn’t the gas tank cap, but they didn’t take me seriously. And when I went to get the car they told me it was the gas cap for $60. Convincing me that it was. Two days later my engine light came back on and I went to another shop. They found the leak in the gas line. Don’t go here

I requested a quote through Yelp for an oil change and tire rotation, and Moe got back to me within minutes! (and with a better price than a couple other places I checked) When I called a couple days later to schedule an appointment, he said I could come that morning, and he started working on my car as soon as I got there.While inspecting the car he found the brake pads and rotors needed replacing. A common concern some people have is that a mechanic will take advantage of them by saying something needs fixing/replacing that really doesnt. From my experience you wont have to worry about this at Babylon. Moe showed the brakes to me in person, made his suggestion without pressuring me to do it, and clearly communicated the price. He later came back to the office to tell me that upon further inspection only the front brakes needed replacing, which really showed me that he was trustworthy because he could have easily sold me rear brake parts I didnt need and I wouldnt have known the difference.In summary: very prompt customer service, fair and transparent prices, and reliability make Babylon a great choice. Did a great job on an older car with brakes, broken window, and dead battery. Fair prices and trustworthy. Went back again to get blinker fixed and they got it back up and running in no time.

Too lazy or too complicated? I stopped by to have a tire repair since my pressure light came on. I asked if they did tire repairs and he said maybe... whats wrong and which one, we only fix nails when I told him I wasnt sure he the light had come on while driving and I cant check it or put spare on in the rain due to a cast. He just shook his head and said no couldnt help me. I understand that he was receiving a towed car and before he knew it was a tire he could help me and when he figured out he would need to work for the 30$ repair it was over. It only took another shop 2 minutes to put air in all 4 tires and definitely only 10 more to remove the tire wet it and patch it.Not sure if something else was wrong but in a shop where construction takes away your parking and you werent alone so I am left with the impression that swapping the spare was too hard and checking 4 tires...too complicated.

Check engine light came on on my girlfriend Camry 2014. Took in to Moh at Babylon and he was able to look at it that day, at no charge, WOW. He said it was a sensor issue and they would have to run another diagnostic on it, told me an estimate and gave me a time frame. Its nice to find a place that holds true to their word. Thanks Moh the car is running great!

I was referred to this shop by a friend who had a good experience. They have a mechanic who is a transmission specialist and another mechanic who specializes in Mercedes. Anyway, I have a 1990 Mercedes 420SEL that was jerking periodically when shifting gears. Unfortunately that usually means the transmission is going out, which was exactly the case. It only has 130,000 miles and runs well otherwise, and I dont want another car payment, so I decided to go ahead with the transmission repair. After tax it was less than $2,000, which sounds like a lot of money, but thats actually pretty good when it comes to transmissions. This was right before Thanksgiving and I purposefully waited a month to leave this review to make sure that the repair stayed strong. No other issues have arised and the gears are shifting smoothly. The guy who helped me is named Mohammah and I think he is the owner. I recommend asking for him and giving these guys a call the next time you need a repair. I hope this was helpful for everyone and happy new year!
