About a year ago, my wife and I worked with Tuan to design her engagement ring. We had read great things about him, and when we met with him initially, we had a great feeling about working with him. We had a lot of back and forth about the design, and one of the most refreshing things about Tuan was that he did not always just agree with us. He would give us great reasons and insights into why he thought certain things would look better or hold up better over time. The outcome was absolutely fantastic, and we could not be happier to have such a special piece of custom jewelry.The pricing was also extremely transparent. The stones (along with the GIA reports) were sold to us at the price at which Tuan bought them, which is definitely not the case at your typical jewelry store. I designed my own wedding band down to the millimeter and had some very specific requirements. I talked to five other jewelers in Santa Barbara: one never returned my calls, two said they couldnt do it, and one came in with an estimate of three times what Truong & Co. offered. When I walked in to meet in person and saw my design already CAD-laid out on his computer just as I had specified, I knew I had come to the right place.

I cant recommend Tuan more! He designed and created a beautiful cocktail ring for me that I get tons of compliments on! I never imagined that I could afford a custom ring. After the wedding we wanted her engagement ring and wedding band soldered together to be one piece both for aesthetics and convenience. We were extremely disappointed with the job done elsewhere which left a gap between the band and engagement ring.After reading reviews online we went to Truong & Co to fix the issue created by the original work. Amazing! After having an engagement ring remade elsewhere (quality work, service and communication lacking, pretty expensive), we looked elsewhere for our wedding bands. We got estimates from a few places, and Tuans was by far the most reasonable. He was also much more responsive than anywhere else, keeping us informed as to what the status was at all times. We made custom designed wedding bands and they are perfect! We have since had another ring repaired (missing stone, replaced prongs) and now wont go anywhere else if we need more work done. I had Truong & Company Jeweler design a custom engagement ring and I can not say enough good things about the process. I searched and searched for a jeweler to do what I wanted for the price I wanted. I am SO happy I found Tuan. Not only did he help me design what I wanted he saved me money doing it. I was able to create an amazing ring at less than what I had accepted I would probably have to pay. I spoke to many Jewelers in California/Oregon/Arizona and not a single one compared to Tuan. He was a pleasure to work with every step of the process, he was honest and understood what I wanted. I had thought I would have to buy a diamond at a level higher in cut and clarity than Tuan had suggested. He was able to bring in a set of diamonds that I then could choose from. From these we found the perfect diamond at a lower price than I had found online. Tuan is great!I had the engagement ring for my fiancée designed by Tuan. I wanted to use something that meant a lot to me, so I had him design a ring around the stone in my grandmothers wedding ring. Her stone was an old european cut diamond from the early 1900s, and when I brought the ring in Tuan knew the cut and type of stone right away.I printed out several pages of rings my fiancée had pinned on pinterest - to have Tuan help me decide the style and what she would like. He made me feel so comfortable with his knowledge and as he went through the different rings I had printed out. I really felt safe knowing that he would create something unique, classic, elegant, and that fit what she wanted.The ring is beautiful and my fiancée loves it. She has received many complements. Not only that, but Tuans service has extended beyond the design of the ring. He has resized it slightly down and cleaned it for us twice - both complimentary.Hes also offered to work with us on custom wedding bands - including one that could work with her current ring.I cannot say enough good things about Tuan or his business - you will not be disappointed!

I had Tuan do our engagement ring. He makes custom pieces, so he can make the perfect ring to fit your design idea, size and price range. The ring he made is one of a kind, with the mounting made to fit the diamonds and design, and it shows. All for less then the competition charges on a premade, inferior ring. Tuans prices are good too, hell just show you the costs for the stones and mounting, and I looked all over ebay and wholesale diamond sites and he has competitive prices. Plus he met me odd hours when I was secretly having the ring planned for my then girlfriend. He kept up with me via text and was patient with all my questions.Bottom line is that Tuan is a pro. Every ring has a story behind it and your girl or wife will love that you took the time and had whatever youre looking for custom made. I messed up the size and brought my girl in to meet him and he has an impressive shop and is a gentleman. It was the ideal experience through and through.
