Emilio is the best barber in the 805 area hands down. I am blessed to have met this King & to be learning so much about life and quality haircuts. He is my go to barber always. Only time I do no go with him is when he is really booked & Im in desperate need of a haircut. I usually go to him every week and a half. Always feel amazing after.

So this place has a great vibe, the guys were really cool and chill, but all I got was a straight razor shave. I ended up having to clean it all up when I got back to the hotel asking with all the hair left on my face 😐. Again, guys were cool and it looked like they did a good job with the others haircut but I would highly recommend against a straight razor shave from them.Oh! They provide complimentary drinks too which is why Im giving them 3-stars.

My star is not for the service but for the wrong timing. I dont live in the city and searched a barber at Google Maps, found rhis one and went there on a Monday morning. It says in both Google and at the sign at their door they are ooened on Monday....got there and it was closed (windows also shut). Called the number at the door and nobody picked the phone. Had to choose another barber again at Google Maps and found.

We are just visiting Santa Barbara for the weekend and needed an emergency haircut! The experience at Champs will always be one of my best memories. The barbers are so skilled. The conversations were a mixture of funny and enlightening! We felt like family. What a beautiful shop full of even more beautiful people and owners! Stumbled upon this place over four months ago. I was new to the area and needed a cut. This place welcomed me warmly and delivered the cut I was expecting. Solid customer service, terrific conversation and a fresh cut always guaranteed. I wouldnt recommend any other barber in Santa Barbara!
