Saved us during our bachelorette weekend in SB. Raphael was amazing. So helpful. He made sure we got home safe. He was there to pick us up within less than 10 minutes of calling. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I was in Santa Barbara last week and used this taxi several times. Each time that I called for them, they showed up at the time that I requested. The drivers were friendly and professional. They were helpful answering the questions that I had regarding local things to see in my free time. The fees were reasonable and I feel that I get a good value for what I paid for. I would use this taxi company again if I return to Santa Barbara and would also recommend them to anyone that is looking for a reliable taxi cab.

Great service at a great price.  I needed a quick ride to the airport and Warrior Taxi was able to pick me up in minutes and get me to the airport on time.  The taxi cab was clean and comfortable. The driver was professional, helpful and friendly. If you need a reliable taxi ride, call these guys.

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with!! Dont use them! I would put no star if I couldI had them pick me up from a friends and accidentally left my phone in the cab. I realized this and called the office back to let them know and try to get my phone back. THEY HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES! Unbelievable. I called them out and they admitted to this saying they didnt have time for this. I was tracking the location of my phone with another and after my phone call, the phone was shut off...leaving me to think that they were pocketing my phone.The next morning I call again and what does the guy do? Hang up on me twice!Dont use them, youll thank me later

Terrible! Frist it cost well over $100 dollars to get from Santa Barbara to Venture. Second the cab driver forgot her credit card machine and insisted on writing down my CC number. Also proceeded to show me how safe it was by showing her book that had other CC numbers in it because of this same situation. Never again!

Im constantly taking quick weekend trips to Santa Barbra to visit my college friends and always use taxis to get around. On the last night of my recent trip to SB me and my friends spent the night bar hopping and the DD ended up joining in on the fun. Came across Warrior Taxi and they picked us up in minutes. Im glad that they had a van because there were 6 of us who needed a lift. The guy that picked us up was hilarious but professional. I was so impressed that he was so tolerable of me and my billigerent friends that I used Warrior Taxi again the next morning to get me to the airport since my friend was still hungover. The driver was kind and willing enough to take my friend to his car which was still at the bar.

Great experience. I used them for a trip to the airport and it cost a reasonable price, and the driver was great and nice. I will use them again

I know I can always rely on Warrior Taxi whenever I come to Santa Barbara. I never really have to wait for them to pick me up at the airport because they dispatch a driver as soon as I land. Great reliable taxi service, I always recommend these guys.

I hired these company to take me to the airport and overall was a great experience, I was on time at the airport and driver was friendly and their prices are very competitive.

As a student in Santa Barbara, there are many times when I need a taxi. I always call Warrior because they are a reliable taxi company. I also take advantage of their sudent discounts.

We used the services of Warrior Taxi last weekend to go to Santa Ynez Valley for taking one of the wine tours there. They have an excellent service with drivers very professional, I highly recommend this taxi service.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!I left my phone in the cab and the cabbie took my phone home and then drove down to LA with it. I called the cabbie and the company and was told that there is a $50 cash fee because they took care of my phone. I called the police because this seemed strange and the police informed me that charging a costumer for lost items is illegal. When the police called the owner and explained how what he was doing is illegal he was rude to the police officer and insisted on getting the $50. He now could be getting his taxi license revoked for this. DO NOT USE!HORRIBLE!

I would leave a 0 star review of I could. They left me standing on the corner for half an hour on a cold, rained evening, then claimed they picked me up when I called to complain. Never saw a cab pick anyone up. Seriously bad service.

Worst taxi cab. I called the night before and some rude guy with a heavy accent took my reservation. I emphasized to him that I had to catch a flight the next morning and to make sure they showed up. He assured me his driver would show up and that their office was open 24 hours. The next morning the cab never showed up. I called their office but got an answering machine. I left a message and no one ever responded or apologized. I almost missed my flight but was saved by Yellow Cab.

Want to rate him with Negative -5 because I called him 3 times and he never showed but each time said, 5-10 minutes. Forty minutes later, YOURE FIRED!

NEVER CHOOSE WARRIOR TAXI. Very bad service! Ordered a cab to be picked up for a ride to the airport the day before. They did not show up! Imagine that! Luckily, a friend gave me a ride, so i made it on time.

Absurd interaction. Yes, it was late, but after 2 minutes the guy told me to call someone else.
