When I first used Green Taxi it was for a 4am pickup for a 5:30am flight. Green Taxi arrived a few minutes early. Super professional, very friendly, safe driver, exhibiting COVID mask rules and safety, reasonably priced, very clean and comfortable, and just an impressive all around taxi cab company. My experience has always been so excellent that I use them every time I need transportation and have used other drivers for the same company and they are all very nice! Bijan and Rhonda are great!!! The green taxi ride is first class and run extremely well. Happy to have found them and will continue to use and recommend them in the Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito, Carpinteria, and Summerland areas. Who do you call when you need a ride? Green Taxi!!!

Ron was my driver this morning. He was punctual, and even gave me a courtesy call, 2 minutes before arriving. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable about current events which I appreciated on my destination. When I got to my destination and exited out of the nice, clean car. Ron said his goodbyes and wished me a good day. I would definitely recommend Ron & the GREEN TAXI service with no problem.

Someone actually picked up the phone! I explained my situation and he was more than accommodating to help. By the time I received the information to pass on to my husband who was stuck at the Santa Barbara Airport, my husband had already found alternative transportation. I am giving a review for this business as I was impressed with the professional customer service I received.

They never came....It was 4th July, they could have said we are too busy instead they led us to believe they would be there in 30 minutes. What else is there to say? They never came and never picked up the phone when we tried to call....

Really good service

I liked the ride, music was pleasant and most important they didn’t make me wait. I don’t care too much about Uber and lift when I used Uber services my bank account got hacked twice bogus use charges. No matter got my money back. Just the inconvenience of replacing two debit cards... just saying come on you ask people for personal information on line and drivers you don’t know be prepared to protect your customers....

In this day and age with Uber and Lyft it is very difficult to find a quality taxi here in Santa Barbara. Someone that is polite, has a clean car and gets clients to where they need to go,safely. The buck stops with Ken. This guy is IT! Being a concierge at a local hotel group, I dont just call anyone. Our brand is on the line. I can rest, knowing that Ken will handle business when we need it most. He was called on the fly at 445am and still handled all like a true professional. You saved the day Ken! Go Green Taxi! Tried to make an urgent booking with this company over the phone, and I could not believe how rude the gentleman was. He was gruff, short tempered, had another conversation or ride going in the background, and I felt so uncomfortable I canceled the whole thing without booking. Would not recommend.

I have taken the Green Taxi many times to and from the airport in the morning and late at night and they have always been great, on time and pleasant. Definitely recommend them!

The Green Cab drivers call woke me up for my 6:00 am flight when my alarm did not go off. He saved all my plans to join family for a holiday get together. He was patient and competent, unlike Yellow Cab which never showed up another time when I had made a reservation. Then their dispatcher was sarcastic and surly to me when I complained. I will be using Green Cab in the future, never Yellow Cab.

Green Taxi saved us! We got stranded at the Santa Barbara airport due to a weather issue. It was almost Midnight on a Saturday. No hotels available in the area. We had to get home to Monterey with our infant. Its a 275+ mile trip. Green Taxi came to our rescue and drove us home in the middle of the night. It was amazing. They even gave us a rate better then Uber! I cannot say enough good things. Thank you thank you thank you!

Expensive. Charged my wife $47 to go from W. Victoria to rental car area near airport. Not entering the airport. I have never paid close to that for this distance. I recommend people use Uber or Lift or even check other taxi services on there rates before using Green Taxi service. Maybe this is the going price rate. I am not sure. Seems rediculous but that seems really high. She had to use them the same day and the price again was about same. Almost $50 bucks for a dirty taxi to get from rental car area to Carrillo St. exit downtown SB.

The driver was timely and efficient. However, the car was REALLY dirty and a bit smelly. My luggage and purse got dirt all over it.

COMPANY PUBLISHES DISHONEST FARES ON WEBSITE. Specifically, the company does not recognize published flat rates on website. Charged $450 (pre-gratuity) for Goleta-LAX when website says $175. Company claimed that we because we did not specifically mention the flat rate when booking, the flat rate did not apply.

Terrible taxi company. Scheduled a ride at 5am to catch the airbus, taxi driver didn’t show up on time and said that there was another person to pick up! Didnt tell me it was a ride share when I scheduled it. Will never use the service again!

Driver Picked up three sets of passengers and overcharged everybody. 1.7 mile ride charged $18. Cracked windshield driver threw cigarette butt on ground before getting in cab which smelled. SHADY GUY-AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I recommend these taxi drivers good service and kindness. With the people.
