I never wrote review with one star for any companies or places but I want to give one star to OnTrac. I brought Google phone from Google store and they use OnTrac to deliver it to me. Package transfered to OnTrac facility on December 1 close to my home but after that 8 days, they are going to bring my package! I am not sure I can get my package today. In other side I trade in my phone and Google sent trade in package by USPS and It delivered before my new phone! It is so bad. They did not answer phone and also email. Customer service is horrible.
This company needs to IMPROVE their service! We scheduled a pick up on Friday(Sept 11, 20200 and their customer service confirmed that our package would be picked up on Monday (Sept 14, 2020). We called THREE times on Monday to confirm the schedule and were told that for sure the driver would pick up BEFORE 5PM! We waited until 6:25PM and NO DRIVER came to pick up! When I called them, all the customer service rep could tell me is that they had NO IDEA where the driver was! I requested to speak with a manager and was told that they could not put me through to the manager! VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE! One of the worst carriers! Unfortunately, we have no choice because Amazon requires us to use OnTrac for certain shipments! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! OnTrac DOES NOT DESERVE even a one star!
STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY 2-DAY SHIPPED PACKAGE 6 DAYS LATER. Customer service line sucks, no answers ever, they never email you back. Got something specifically for my birthday, hopefully I can have it by then, in 3 days. Ordered Fashionnova, will never order again because they use this service.

My package has been in transit for over two weeks in the city next to the one I live in. How long does it take to deliver a package to a city so close to where a package is being held!?!? If I knew Urban outfitters used this transportation company I would have never ordered anything!
Consistently late and unreliable. Affected my business. If its a personal package delivery it wouldnt be a big deal. However if its affecting my bottom line it is absolutely infuriating and unacceptable. Zero reliability. Zero stars.

I dont give bad reviews often, only if its well deserved. And this one is certainly deserved.Weve had numerous shipping delayed experiences with OnTrac. I wish online shops would STOP using this company because the recipients are the ones who gets penalized.In just ONE week, I had two separate delayed deliveries . They even lied and indicated that it was delivered when it wasnt. It was after I called and complained twice, they finally delivered the package 17 hours later than they were scheduled to. Then my husband was expecting a package from a separate online purchase from Google (yes....GOOGLE!) and again, they were suppose to deliver it by a certain date but failed! They once again indicated that it was delivered when it wasnt!One other time, the delivery guy indicated that he couldnt deliver a package because the gate was locked in our complex.....our complex isnt even gated!Whenever we have to call customer service, were on hold for at least 30 minutes...even at 11PM at night!Stop using this service to ship! This company needs to hire more trustworthy delivery staff or train them better!
Easy to pickup your items, so long as you talk to their phone representative and set up the package to be held, everything should work out fine. I had one call, that took 10 minutes after one failed delivery, and BAM my package was held and I picked it up after work. IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES.
Wish I could give 0 stars!! Delivery service is absolutely horrible. Paid extra for next day shipping for gifts for my family so they get delivered before my trip. However, the the package did not make it on the day it was scheduled to arrive and they kept pushing the delivery date! Customer service was also horrible. Couldn’t verify what was causing the hold up! Very disappointed!
I wish I could give 0 stars, It said it was going to be delivered on the 5th, here we are on the 8th and it keeps saying, exception held for re-delivery on the next business day. I called in and literally waited 27 minutes on hold before someone answered; and then she was super short and rude with me. This is not the first time this has happened either, they are literally the worst.
We buy a LOT from Amazon. We are very lucky to have OnTrac here in SoCal.Every package thats delivered to us by OnTrac is a day early. Yep, Over night for free with OnTrac and Amazon Prime.Love these guys. It great to see the little guys competing and winning against the giant corporate competition.

If there was ☆0, I would definitely choose it. My package was to be here by the end of the day because I ordered it on Amazon Same-day shipping, yet what they did was just said that the delivery was attempted and they actually didnt even ring the doorbell. ONTRAC is by far the worst of all shipping carrier I have ever used.
One star is excessively generous. Has a telephone number but nobody responds or calls back.Encourages e-mails but doesnt respond.Kept product in local warehouse for three days past delivery time.
Tracking will indicate out for delivery or even sometimes delivered and i never receive the package or its a day or two late. Tried calling the 800 number and your put into an indefinite holding cue with no one answering. I honestly dont know how they stay in business, its certainly not from making deliveries.
We have left multiple complaints. Drivers are leaving packages outside front office, and entering Senior home without face covering. We have filed a complaint with manager at local office, Nancy that drivers must deliver to residents doors, and must wear mask. Drivers are leaving packages out in common area, despite us letting them know we do not accept packages, and that packages are being stolen
This company !?*$@! sucks! I waited all day for a one day delivery. Waited until after 10pm for a delivery that was said to be arriving around 9pm. No knock, no attempt and all of a sudden on the tracking information at Amazon, these idiots write, attempt made. But no attempt was made. They said there is a notice at the door about what step to take next. There is no notice on the door, in the car port or in the mail box out front. NOTHING. I wasted way too much time and a lot of extra money for a one day delivery - one that this company could not complete. Absolute crap. The effing worst.
Ive never had any package delivered using this service till now. Worst experience ever. My package was marked as refused by recipient which was not true. I called them they told me I could come by and pick it up before 8. I came right after work to pick it up. When I get there Im told its not there but I could schedule a pick up. Why didnt they say that on the phone? Was told it was going to be redelivered the next morning and that I would get a call because it is an apartment complex it was mistakenly marked as refused. It was suppose to be marked like undeliverable or no secure place. My complex office is outside they could have asked to leave it there or to gain access to deliver the package. Nope. I called again to make sure I would receive a call. Another woman told me that I was not guaranteed to receive a call because drivers are not required to use their personal phones. Again, why did they mention I would get a call to come out and grab the package. When they could have told me that theyre not required and I could have place a hold to drive back to the facilities again to pick it up. Now, Im playing the waiting game to see if it gets delivered. Terrible experience all together. First lady was polite, second lady needs to work on her people skills, she kept talking over me and being extremely rude.
Package was supposed to be delivered by end of day yesterday,still no package or update .this company is absolutely pathetic, they are never on time EVER!!! Had I known my package was to be delivered by ontrac, I wouldve cancelled my order .if you have a choice, stay away from this company.not to mention their drivers are extremely rude, they have no clue what fragile means, and often times will leave your package at a neighbors house, wrong street, they will even leave it in the middle of your driveway no where near your front door !!! This is the absolute WORST. DELIVERY. SERVICE. EVER. They have never once delivered a package to my home without showing either delivery attempted or unable to deliver with no delivery (attempted or otherwise) of my package. Even though I take great pains to ensure the gate code is clearly in the delivery instructions, and ensure I am home the entire day. They dont even attempt delivery. They see the gates, and drive right on by. My complex is very small. One street, circular. You cant miss it IF you bother to put in the gate code, which rings my house so I can open the gate. I even put in delivery instructions I live directly in front of the pool, which is straight ahead as you come in the gate.I buy things from Amazon all the time. They are the only delivery service, including Amazons own service, that cannot manage to deliver anything to my home until I call Amazon to complain. I even called ONTRAC and asked them to put the gate code with my address. That was a huge waste of time since it was two years ago.Amazon, I beg you! Please quit using this incompetent, lazy, so-called delivery service. They provide neither service or deliveries.
Worst delivery carrier, they didnt deliver my package, had to reorder again, they just lost it after they tried to deliver it but said they needed a gate code, but there is no frickin gate in my home. later they sent it to another facility like 8 hours away from my home and then they lost it. just terrible
Their one day shipping is realistically 2 days. Dont use these guys... Stick with FedEx or any other reputable delivery company...
They LOST a giant projector screen . 120 inches. How do you lose something that big? Its not like a tiny ring box that falls into the cracks. They didnt just misplace it and ship it out late. they LOST it. They couldnt find it in ANY of their facilities. Im guessing someone wanted some company perks and decided my package fit under that category. Either that, or they are complete liars when they say, were doing our best to look for it. In 48 hours, you could scour an ENTIRE shipping warehouse, and yes, you can find something that big. It would be impossible to miss.Poor service, UNRELIABLE, and INCOMPETENT. I dont understand how they stay in business. This isnt the first occasion Ive been completely screwed over by Ontrac losing my packages.

First ever delivery with ontrac. Supposed to be over night.Delivery was for orange county CA, parcel ended up in Seattle. 4 days later still not delivered.
SLOWEST CARRIER SERVICE EVER! Was supposed to receive my package two weeks ago and everything I call its a new reason they cant deliver. Im so beyond irritated right now. What a waste, Ive never seen a company so consistently push their delivery deadlines and now its almost 9:30 with no sign of my package that was supposed to be here by 8. Never wasting money on faster delivery from amazon ever again.
Its a shame there isnt negative stars! This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST delivery company EVER and has the WORST customer service EVER ! We live in a drive way gated community with CLEAR walking access with no gate, code or special access required and every single darn time Amazon sends these buffoons out they RARELY attempt delivery (9/10 times my packages arent delivered on time due to supposed access problems). I always get a message that delivery was attempted and it boils my blood because I am home all day on delivery days for my packages yet OnTrac has more failed attempts than successes. When the drivers come in 9/10 times they see the gates and drive away without ever entering the guest parking area in which walking access is CLEARLY visible. Ive had NUMEROUS complaints filed with the company and ive also complained to Amazon. Amazon is such a great company its sad they lose credibility and customers as a result of this crappy service with OnTrac they have.
Ive been a regular customer of Amazon for 7 years now (I order something at least once a month). In that time Ive had 5 packages go missing, all of which were Ontrac. Every package Ive ordered where theyve been the carrier has been marked as delivered at least an hour before it actually arrives (IF it actually arrives). One day, the estimated delivery time was 8pm. The package was reported as delivered at 5pm, while I was home. I live in a 2nd-story apartment, with concrete stairs that echo like crazy, so someone could tiptoe and I can hear it. I heard some walk up the stairs at 9pm, drop something, and walk back down. When I opened the door, the package was sitting there. They did NOT knock or ring the doorbell. If I hadnt heard he stairs and checked, my package wouldve been left sitting there all night. Ive sent numerous emails to Amazon about using this company, but thats been useless. Anyway, rant over, maybe if enough of us complain, something will change.
THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE.... Whenever I track my package delivery with these idiots, I NEVER get it on the time they scheduled. I know for a fact, that they dont deliver the packages because online it says I failed to open the door for them and they left a door tag. First, I was home all day and I did not hear the doorbell ring even once and secondly the door tag wasnt even there? How the hell are you guys still in business? Is the BBB aware that youre running a business on false commitments to customers? I HIGHLY recommend you choose another delivery service or email Amazon until they change the delivery method. No one could be worse than On Trac, but I did not choose their service, Amazon did. They pretended that they attempted 3 times to deliver my order, but they never tried to contact me, What a joke!
Unable to get package delivered. On-Trac stated my gate need a code to enter so package was undeliverable. My gate is a simple pull to enter and push to exit. That must be a tough gate code for a On-Trac employee to understand! I have been on the phone now for two hours on customer service hold now. Which gave me all the time to write this review.
WILL BE FILING POLICE REPORT ON DRIVER WHO HAS FRADULENTLY MARKED PACKAGES DELIVERED IN A GATED HOME WITH CAMERA AND VIDEO EVIDENCE HE DID NOT WALK UP TO DOOR!
I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a same day package and 5 days later I still havent gotten it. I even took the pains to call onTrac and leave detailed instructions as well as my phone number but it seems like they dont even look at the instructions. I have called Amazon and they have refunded me and I ordered a new package, keeping my fingers crossed that they dont use OnTrac to try to deliver it.
My package supposed to deliver 4 days ago and i keep speaking to customer service and they keep giving me bulshit excuses. I am pretty sure they lost my package but they dont want to let me know I am furious.
This company is horrible. I have never in my life experienced such terrible shipping service. An important package to my business was on the truck according to online tracking and I was in contact with Ontrac for hours and they had no clue where the driver was. I was told he was still out and would show up. I waited until 9:00 pm just to find out he returned at 3:00 pm with my package and never tried to deliver. I am so pissed. My shipment came from a local address as well. To top it off it had my employees Christmas gifts.

I have been dealing with them for 2 days now because they say my address is incorrect when obviously is not as I have received so many packages from Amazon and other stores for the last 6 years I have lived in my home. No one answers and when Amazon finally got through they told me that they had just sent the driver an update map. What are they using a Thomas Guide??!!! You got to be kidding. Just because of them I will never order from Amazon again!!
Waited at home all day for my package even though it stated will deliver by 9pm. Most companies will deliver way ahead of the latest time. 9pm came, still didnt get anything. 9:45pm right now still nothing.Thanks OffTrac.
Ontrac delivers on time about 50% of the time in my extensive experience. Amazon needs to stop using this carrier.
They left my deliveries in fron the apartment, and they got stolen repeatedly. Amazon honors their replacement policy, but this is such a waste of time.
The only reason they get one star is because no stars is not and option. My package was supposed to arrive Nov. 28th and its December 15th! Its still not here! They keep coming up with excuses on why its not here. Ive called about 6 times this week alone, 15 in total. This is unacceptable. Its like theyre not even trying. They keep telling me tomorrow itll come. If you dont know, dont say anything! Theyre blowing off their customers for stupid mistakes their company made! 25 years of on time delivery my ass. Amazon never had issues delivering packages till now.....Update : so I ordered another package from amazon hoping I didnt get ontrac as my carrier and unfortunately I did. Amazon refunded for my last package after it being 3 days late because they assumed my package was delivered to a different address. And 2 days later my package arrives! And now my new package is two days late !!! Going on 3 . I call every god damn day to give freaking instructions on how to get to my door. Yet the embecile cant deliver my damn package!!! The driver literally doesnt even bother trying to deliver because I see no update on my package. Liars, use a reputable company who cares about staying in business. They said they couldnt access my door... my door is nothing special and is unobstructed, whats more, it was open at the supposed the time they attempted delivery with me in full view on the couch. Been sitting on hold to try and find my package, but no one has answered my call in about an hour... Amazon attempted too, no luck. I asked for something called a forum against them, and ask anyone who has read this far to let amazon know you dont want ontrac. Amazon is probably the only company keeping them in business...Ps they need better hold music, sounds like like a toddler hitting a toy keyboard.

Horrible delivery service. It is the second time I have ordered something for same day delivery or two day delivery. Every time they deliver there is an issue. Need Gate access codeEtc etc.. I left them a note to call me when they have arrived, no call. Ive paid extra money to receive a package on the 30th and now I wont see it until the 4th of Jan. This is pathetic and a waste of money and time. They have a horrible window for delivery times. I literally have to wait all day... And still miss it..
If I could give them less than one star I would. Delivery arrived at the front door of my business, not the delivery gate. The driver dropped 7 large cases in my foyer with guests, right in front of the host stand. When I asked the driver to bring the items to the back I was informed that he had other stops and no time. I then insisted that he bring half the order to the back (All that would fit on dolly in one trip). After placing the items in a more appropriate storage area, I attempted to have the driver follow me in order to show him where he can park, ring the bell and have the order received, where it should be on his next visit and was met with further resistance, and the comment that I dont work for you I have no time for this.I got my own dolly and removed the remaining cases from my guest area.Worst customer service and approach that I have ever encountered from a delivery/freight company.When I attempted to contact OneTrac during the business hrs posted on the website, I was on hold for longer than it took me to write this review.
They dont even deserve one star. I have been home all day waiting on a package from amazon and low and behold I never received a my package. Says it has been delivered but nothing, not even a paper telling me were to go to get it.. and when I call no one ever answer. Amazon needs to stop using this worthless carrier service!

Absolutely a horrible and incompetent enterprise. We are constant users of Amazons Prime service. Occasionally, they utilize OnTrac for delivery. I kid you not, we have about a 25% success rate with them. Several times they claimed they left it at our home, only to have it show up at a neighbors (this after I was told they were 100% positive based on their GPS tracking that it was correctly delivered). Then we have had the no delivery because they claimed they couldnt get into our gate without a code even though a sign says Entrance for Residence Only - Go To Main Gate. Customer Service is horrible. Honestly, avoid this business at all costs.
Ordered a tablet from Amazon, it was scheduled to arrive before 8 pm on a Sunday, when to sleep at 10pm and ontrac website stated it was delivered at 5pm! I emailed ontrac and they responded by saying theyre going to look into it, its been 3 weeks and nothing. I did receive the package the next day. I am a Amazon prime memberI expect to receive my package when they say its going to be delivered. Switch carriers ontrac SUCKS!
I ship with them daily and you would think they would take care of my customers for me, but no they are horrible my boxes are always ruined the damage my product and for example today they didnt even deliver. What the hell is going on with you?!?!?!
I ordered iPad Air 2 through Amazon Prime, and OnTrac was the delivery service. I was at home whole day, but I didnt receive the package after 6pm. Amazon tracking showed it was undeliverable, and contact carrier. OnTrac shows business until 9pm, but cannot make a call. Even no answering service.OnTracs tracking showed gate code needed. UPS and FedEx didnt have any problem (I got two deliveries on the same day, one from UPS and the other from FedEx). OnTrac delivery didnt try intercom either. OnTrack showed Anaheim site (address above), and I visited there. It was out of business 6 months ago, said the guy at the next building. Their tracking showed Will deliver tomorrow Is this a joke or what? Will the gate vanish tomorrow?This is the next day story.I got the email around noon next day that it was delivered. However, theres was no package delivered in front of my door they claimed. I called OnTrac and they said they dont have any responsibility because they delivered.However, theres no proof they delivered actually. I live in a gated community and theres quite low possibility that one of the neighbors steals the package. Among so many packages delivered for many years, this is the first time I didnt get it. This is the first time that the package was delivered by OnTrac. Hundreds of packages were delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS until yesterday. .Anyway the item (iPad Air2 with 64gb) is just lost.I called Amazon, and Amazon said they would return me the money back without any question.I felt so bad for Amazon. OnTrac did wrong, and Amazon pays for it.One thing Amazon did wrong is to select OnTrac as their shipping company.

Needed a package delivered the day of ordering and the delivery person refused to deliver it because it was UNDELIVERABLE - NEED GATE CODE. It must be really hard to access a three foot by three foot gate that has no code.
