Can’t say enough about JetSuiteX. Look, where else can your flight leave at 11:30am and you roll up at 11:00am... let me answer no where. From their complementary cocktails, to their super nice service, this is the only way to fly from Orange County to Vegas! Do yourself a favor and try this, because I’ll bet just like me you’ll never fly another again.

As a pilot, Ive been to FBOs in all 50 states and a handful abroad. This is the best there is. They have an un-paralleled ability to pair professionalism, modern facilities and accommodations with the friendly customer service and rates of a small mom and pop operation in the boondocks.As a tenant, they work to keep things as simple and easy for me as possible. I was incredibly impressed that amongst a massive transition and onboarding of hundreds of new clients there staff remembered minor personal details from months prior and took the time to ask about them.As a passenger, I cannot comment only from second hand observation. Ive been to most all of ACIs locations and they all have incredibly clean, modern, and stylish facilities with a plethora of (free) snacks and beverages. ACI epitomizes what you imagine and expect in the world of luxury chartered jet travel.

First time flying out of ACI Jet for a reservation I booked with Jet Suite X and I’m in LOVE!PARKINGThis location features self-parking along with valet. Since I took a Lyft to get here, I do not know what the daily rates are but they do have a dedicated lot for their customers.HOW TO BOOK WITH JET SUITE XYou can book the tickets by two methods: directly on their website or via the Blackbird App. The upside to booking with the Blackbird app is if you use my referral code “3KKWR” then you will get a $300 credit that you can use as $100/booking. Some of these flights are as low as $49 one way so you could be looking at a completely free flight! The downside is that Blackbird does not have as many flights to book so if you’re looking for a better flight for your schedule then you may be better off booking directly.LOBBYI had watched a few videos of the SNA lobby and was pretty disappointed to hear that they had moved the grand lobby over to some corner that honestly just looks like a small office space with significantly less amenities and refreshments than advertised. There is a main lobby with a few seats, then there are two more corner rooms if you prefer to sit at a desk.CHECK-IN & SECURITYSince you’ll be flying with a maximum of 30 people, the check-in line is relatively small if not nonexistent. They’ll simply need your government ID and a confirmation number for the flight. Since they’re part of part 135 of FAA, they do not require TSA check. Rather, they will swipe your bags (checked and carry-on) for explosives and then whisk your checked luggage away! Don’t forget that they only allow 25 lbs per bag but you do get 2 checked baggages and 1 stowaway bag.OVERALLI loved my experience despite the slight decrease in amenities. For the price, it is definitely worth it to skip going to a major airport just to fly to Vegas. You can arrive up to 20-30 minutes before your flight and everything will be taken care of. Talk about VIP!

Fly in with your Cessna and get treated like its a Citation. The entire staff is highly effective and thoroughly professional.

I was supposed to leave at aci jet about 12:00 pm on Sunday and we called to confirm our flight, then all of a sudden there was a change and they were closing at 11:00 am to 3:00 pm for a special flight that they knew about on Saturday. We called in early on Saturday to make sure nothing was going on but they never told us about the special flight coming in. They are very irresponsible and that’s the last time we are flying there and they can’t get things done quickly. We once told them to pull out our plane and once we got there they still hadn’t pulled it out yet and we called a few hours earlier. One of the worst places I’ve been, I do not recommend going there.

As a pilot, this is my all time favorite FBO. I always jump on the chance to fly into John Wayne just so that I can come visit ACI Jet. They have great customer service, a full sized gas station style fridge stocked with anything you would ever need, great snacks, two pilot nap rooms and a pilot lounge. There is probably even more.

Fantastic place to get some fuel before heading back North. Competitive fuel prices, comfortable atmosphere, and a staff that treats your little Cessna 172 just like one of the big jets. What else could a pilot ask for? Wish I would have learned about them earlier...

One of my favorite FBO’s. It’s my home airport so I’m kinda partial. Great people. They just remodeled the entire place. Fresh baked cookies and free massages.

Just went to drop off some food for a flight, there customers service is very good, a very clean and professional setting.

Many times I’ve waited endlessly for assistance at FBOs whose world clocks don’t even work (*cough Atlantic *cough), so it was refreshing to have plenty of friendly staff available and on the ball at ACI Jet. And their facilities are second to none - if you want to step out of your Jet but stay in the 21st century, taxi straight to ACI.

Very nice airport its private jet they haveRestroom and very clean inside the only thing its parking space very limited and theres valets guy he will not let you park and wait.

They spray cologne citrus smelling chemicals in the air throughout the terminal . No doubt they are toxic but, you get to breath them. Also, they have about 8 televisions going but, never play CNBC. The number one business channel on earth and they won’t put it on. Go figure.
